Profile - Mean Stack Developer 

Experience - 2+ - 8Years

Job Description - 

• Building interactive consumer data from multiple systems and RESTfully abstract to the UI through a Node.js backend
• Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint
• Address and improve any technical issues
• Collaborate well with engineers, researchers, and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant and efficient systems

Job Requirements - 

• Previous working experience as a MEAN Stack Developer for 3+ years
• B tech degree in Computer Science or similar relevant field 
• In-depth knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJS
• Experience implementing applications using Angular 2+ versions 
• Experience creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular, LESS/SASS
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side
• Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns, minimum three-year experience with MEAN Fullstack paradigm
• Knowledge of the following will be considered as an advantage:
• Consumer Web Development Experience for High-Traffic, Public Facing web applications
• Experience with cloud technologies also a plus
• Creating secure RESTful-based web services in XML and JSON, Javascript, JQuery
• Continuous integration (Jenkins/Hudson) and version control (SVN, Git)

Requirements:

• Academics (10th, 12th and Bachelors) > 70-75%
• Highly proficient in ReactJS, NodeJS (ExpressJS)
• Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL/MongoDB is a plus
• Should have expertise in developing data driven, responsive, modern web applications
• Aptitude to continuously learn new languages/concepts. Breadth of knowledge is required

Primary job role

Develops software/ information systems, by creating & designing sets of new functionalities and installing software solutions and play a leadership role thorough understanding of design methodologies and overall software development lifecycle. 

Main duties/responsibilities

• Involve in all stages of the software development process including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment management, issue review and perform maintenance.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Learn and maintain up to date knowledge of latest technologies, tools and platforms.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of expertise in all areas of technology used (or potentially used) by the team.
• Produce high quality and designs by following industry best practices and coding standards.

Experience

• 4-5 years of experience in the relevant field with 1-2 year in SSE role.

Expecting leads to know Angular9, React (Functional, Hooks), Nodejs(NestJS), Test Driven Development (Unit Test)/JEST, Microservice / Container ( Docker )

• Design and build applications/systems based on wireframes and product requirements documents
• Work on back-end & front-end development of core scripts using NodeJS/ MongoDB/React.js/Angular/Express /Redux.
• Unit test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability and general reliability
• Write reusable, easy to maintain, versioned code using DRY principles
• Integrate existing tools and business systems (in-house tools)
• Good exposure in creating dynamic web pages
• Familiarity with Server-Oriented Architecture and RESTful Web Services
• Mentor junior team members on system architecture, coding styles and inculcate an attitude of continuous improvement in the team members

Requirements

• 3+ yrs experience in Reactjs (frontend) and Nodejs (Backend) along with good experience in MongoDB.

• Past experience scaling projects from prototype to hundreds of thousands / millions of users is a plus.
•  
• Strong communication skills and past experience leading developers is crucial.
