Role Overview:

The Oracle EBS - Workday Specialist will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing integrated enterprise solutions for our clients. This role involves working closely with client stakeholders, functional teams, and technical experts to analyze business requirements, configure systems, and ensure seamless data flow and process alignment between Oracle EBS and Workday platforms. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the analysis of complex business requirements, translating them into effective functional and technical solutions within Oracle EBS and Workday environments for various client projects.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS modules, particularly Financials, HRMS, or Supply Chain Management.

- Profound understanding and hands-on experience with Workday HCM and/or Workday Financials, including configuration, business processes, and reporting.

- Proven ability to design and implement complex integrations between disparate enterprise systems, leveraging various integration tools and methodologies.

- Take ownership of copywriting function within the content marketing team and manage it to a very high standard
