Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, startup, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial equipment at customer sites.
• Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, configure, and test equipment to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Conduct equipment inspections and pre-installation assessments before commissioning.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, technical manuals, and specifications.
• Train customer personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and documentation after every service visit.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, service, and spare parts teams for technical support and issue resolution.
• Recommend spare parts, wear parts, and preventive maintenance solutions to customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and customer site regulations.
• Maintain service tools, testing instruments, and equipment in proper working condition.
• Provide technical assistance to fellow service engineers and technicians when required.
• Be available for extensive Pan India travel, including short-notice assignments and occasional weekend or holiday support.

Job Summary (Simple):

The Logistics Executive is responsible for handling shipments and transportation work. This includes booking containers, coordinating with shipping partners, tracking shipments, handling documents, negotiating freight rates, and making sure goods are delivered on time without issues.

Key Responsibilities (Simple Words):

Logistics Work (Main Role):

• Share daily freight rate updates with internal teams
• Negotiate ocean freight rates and get quotations
• Book vessels and containers
• Update daily shipment status in Excel
• Monitor container loading and unloading
• Track container stuffing activities
• Follow up on export documents
• Coordinate with operations team, CHA, forwarders, and vendors
• Track shipments until they reach the final destination
• Handle third-party certifications
• Check freight and transport bills and coordinate with the Accounts team
• Track and report extra local charges
• Handle shipment-related problems or delays
• Follow up with forwarders for DO release and container bookings
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare regular reports on logistics activities
• Maintain proper files, documents, and records

Ad-hoc & Support Work:

• Help with any additional work as required by management
• Prepare special reports for the Reporting Manager, Directors, or MD
• Help create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Attend meetings and visits with vendors, CHA, and forwarders when required

Working Relationships:

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, service providers
• Work closely with internal teams and management

We are seeking a highly strategic, entrepreneurial, and impact-driven Principal Product Manager with 7 to 12 years of experience to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our AI-powered healthcare technology and data platforms.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex health data systems and scalable product solutions. You will own the lifecycle of products designed to unlock clinical insights from massive, real-world data assets (EHR, EMR, and patient-level datasets), with a strong focus on scaling GenAI, AutoML, and advanced analytics frameworks. Operating at the intersection of technology, engineering, and business growth, you will drive cross-functional alignment and build data products that ultimately optimize care delivery, predict clinical trends, and expand healthcare access.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for advanced healthcare analytics platforms, translating complex technical and clinical capabilities into intuitive, high-value user experiences.
• GenAI & AutoML Innovation: Act as the strategic product champion for next-generation AI initiatives. Conceptualize and scale GenAI tools (e.g., natural language interfaces, automated dataset generators) and AutoML pipelines to drastically reduce insight generation turnaround times.
• Lifecycle Management: Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, data science, data solutions, UI/UX, and commercial teams to deliver data ingestion, predictive ML model deployment, and visualization dashboards from scratch.
• Cross-Functional & Team Leadership: Matrix-manage or directly guide cross-functional squads of up to 15–20 engineers, data scientists, and business analysts. Champion agile product development methodologies and build internal alignment across complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Stakeholder Management & Growth: Partner with executive leadership and external clients to uncover market requirements. Support business development efforts by prototyping rapid-response solutions that secure enterprise-level contracts and partnerships.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Experience: 7 to 12 years of overall experience, with a proven track record as a Product Manager delivering complex, high-impact data science, AI, or B2B SaaS solutions within the Healthcare Technology, Digital Health, or Life Sciences domains.
• Education: MBA from a premier institute (e.g., IIM or equivalent) with a strong strategic/analytical focus, paired with a solid foundational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics.
• Domain & Data Expertise: Deep knowledge of healthcare data ecosystems, electronic health records (EHR/EMR), and the nuances of handling anonymized patient-level datasets (e.g., IQVIA, Optum, Truven, Komodo, or similar health data repositories).
• Technical & Analytical Acumen: * Strong familiarity with data infrastructure, machine learning pipelines, and cloud environments (Databricks, AWS, or Dataiku).
• Hands-on familiarity with analytical visualization applications (Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau) and database querying (SQL, Python).
• Ability to converse deeply with data engineers and ML scientists regarding algorithmic structures, prompt engineering, and LLM implementations.
