Job Role: Senior Social Media Account Manager

Job Description:

● Create campaign strategies and monitor the execution to achieve the brand objectives.

● Manage social handles of the brand, like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X etc.

● Develop, implement and manage a brand's social media strategy on a monthly basis.

● In-depth knowledge of social media marketing, market trends, integration of online with offline marketing and reporting.

● Measure the success of every social media campaign, as per required metrics.

● Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is well-suited and appealing to the defined target group for respective brands.

● Communicate with industry professionals and 3rd party vendors if and when required.

● Provide constructive feedback to the team(copy & design) to achieve desired results.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

2. 3+ years of proven experience in social media management within a client-based agency or related environment. 3. Demonstrated success in devising and executing impactful social media strategies for a variety of clients.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, conveying ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.

5. Profound understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, content formats, and best practices.

6. Proven track record of generating exceptional results via integrated marketing strategies(online+offline).

We are looking for an integration engineer to assist our rapidly growing customer base. As part of our integration team, you will be the primary point of contact for all integrations. You would be responsible for helping our clients integrate with OneFin APIs, configuring our system for clients and providing ongoing help to them to resolve any issues.

Responsibilities

1. Understand and explain APIs to clients. Help clients integrate OneFin APIs. Research and identify solutions to issues during integration.
2. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e. g. software developers).
3. Become a product expert for clients.
4. Configure OneFin system for customized usage by clients. Identify and write internal and external technical articles or knowledge-base entries, like typical troubleshooting steps, workarounds, or best practices, how-to guides etc.
5. Automate solution of common issues using Python.
6. Help live clients resolve issues and coordinate with the development team for issue resolution.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Experience in writing code in Python.
3. Understanding web based systems.
4. Proficient in understanding and writing JSON.
5. Experience in SQL databases.
6. Experience working with REST APIs.

 Job Description:

1. Prepare QAP: Prepare stages of inspection based on material, end use of the product, Inspect ability, past experience

2.  Inspection of raw material at the supplier end.

3. Product identification & traceability: Ensure that all equipment, and facilities for tests specified in QAPs can be conducted either on an approved laboratory or approved subcontractor

4. Conduct stage Inspection as per QAP and record results.

5. Prepare the final inspection report

6. Identify the need for calibration for the instrument and enter details in the calibration register.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce 101kudos services.
