Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate 2D mechanical drawings of CNC-machined parts and cast/casted components
• Apply GD&T per ASME Y14.5 standards to define form, fit, and function of parts
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to iterate on designs
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback and test results
• Maintain drawing archives and ensure version control
• Support design reviews and provide technical input on manufacturability

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• 2–7 years of hands-on experience in 2D mechanical drafting, with a primary focus on CNC machining and casting
• Proficient in SOLIDWORKS for creating and editing detailed drawings
• Strong working knowledge of GD&T principles
• ASME Y14.5 certification is strongly preferred but not mandatory

What essential skills do you need?

• Able to demonstrate good technical & problem solving skills
• Possess relevant hands-on experience with developing automation scripts using tools like protractor, selenium, rest assured, cucumber, POM model etc.
• Should be ready to explore, learn and develop solutions for problems

• Sound knowledge of Mongo as a primary skill
• . Should have hands on experience of  MySQL as a secondary skill will be enough
• . Experience with replication , sharding and scaling.
• . Design, install, maintain highly available systems (includes monitoring, security, backup, and performance tuning)
• . Implement secure database and server installations (privilege access methodology / role based access)
• . Help application team in query writing, performance tuning & other D2D issues
• • Deploy automation techniques for d2d operations
• . Must possess good analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities will include:

• Define the brand’s marketing strategy, deliver against app brand objectives
• Drive the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns at national/regional levels
• Develop, manage, and analyzes branding campaigns across marketing channels - offline and online
• Coordinate with agency and internal design team to execute the campaign
• Analyze campaigns and provide strategic recommendations

Examples of technical tasks:

Working on our backend SDK to implement APIs that will be consumed by the frontend widgets

Designing APIs for different auth recipes

Architecting auth flows

You will also be given non technical tasks like product brain storming, competitor analysis and writing documentation.

Requirements

Well versed in java with 2+ years of professional experience

Familiar with and comfortable working with Web frameworks like FastAPI, Django and Flask

Familiar with HTTP networking in java

Strong understanding of async and sync modes in java

Bonus:

Contributed to open source, or have your own open source repo with a community and many github stars

Built an in-house authentication or authorization solution or worked with solutions such as Keycloak, Auth0, Ory, Okta etc
