Business Development Executive (BDE) – Pan India

VTAG is looking for enthusiastic Business Development Executives to expand India's largest vehicle safety and digital identity network.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.

• Visit automobile dealers, service centers, garages, fleet operators and business partners.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain VTAG solutions.

• Build strong customer relationships and convert prospects into partners.

• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Field Sales or B2B Sales.

• Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.

• Willing to travel within assigned territories.

Preferred Experience:

Automobile Industry, Dealer Development, Channel Sales, Insurance Sales, SaaS Sales, Retail Sales or Customer Acquisition.

Salary:

₹2.5–5 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives

Candidate should be aware about backend testing

• Writing unit test cases using Junit and Mockito.
• Writing integration test cases using Spring Boot Test.
• Writing acceptance tests using Cucumber.

Candidate should be aware about frontend testing

• Writing Angular component tests using Jasmine and Karma.
• Writing Angular integration tests using Cypress and Cucumber.
• Candidate should be aware about backend testing
• Writing unit test cases using Junit and Mockito.
• Writing integration test cases using Spring Boot Test.
• Writing acceptance tests using Cucumber.
• Candidate should be contributing in designing and implementing regression test pack.
• Candidate should be aware about post deployment test suite.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within office premises
• Delivering and retrieving documents as required by staff
• Handling office maintenance tasks such as restocking supplies
• Assisting with office clerical duties including filing and photocopying
• Preparing and serving beverages to office staff and visitors
• Managing the disposal of waste and recycling practices
• Supporting staff with various tasks and errands as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months – 2 years experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 
• Experience working in an SEO agency would be an added advantage
• Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, SEO Majestic as well as internal reporting tool
• Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc) 
• Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations
• Should possess excellent communication skills
  
  

Job Descriptions

• Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific 
• Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps and webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting
• Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
• Implement link-building campaigns in coordination with SEO goals
• Assist in the development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals
• Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
• Operationally strong with regular content updates, blogging, website analysis, and more.
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with the goals
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels 
• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
• Work closely with the other team members to meet the goals

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in development using Python OR Node.js
• Experience with React.js

• Previous experience with Shopify customization is desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
