Desired Skills :

• Create and manage detailed 2D and 3D models for both mechanical and architectural projects using AutoCAD.
• Develop and modify technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, site layouts, and machine part assemblies.
• Convert concept sketches, PDFs, and marked-up drawings into accurate, standardized CAD files.
• Ensure all designs and drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with a talented team of engineers to develop, test, and validate new product designs.
• Review technical drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to drafting standards.
• Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products and components.
• Support drafting and design tasks using other software like Inventor or SolidWorks as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• 0-4 years of professional experience in a drafting or design role using AutoCAD.
• Strong proficiency in 2D drafting and 3D modeling within AutoCAD.
• Proven ability to read and interpret both mechanical and architectural technical drawings.
• Solid understanding of fundamental engineering concepts and design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, precision, and visualization ss.
• Good verbal and written communication ss in English.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Design Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in mechanical design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using CAD software and a good understanding of manufacturing processes, fabrication drawings, and sheet metal design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify 2D and 3D mechanical designs using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Prepare detailed fabrication and manufacturing drawings.
• Design sheet metal components and assemblies based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Review and update engineering drawings as per design changes.
• Ensure designs comply with quality standards and engineering specifications.
• Support prototype development and resolve design-related issues during manufacturing.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent CAD software.
• Good understanding of mechanical design principles.
