About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Developer who is highly skilled in Next.js and modern JavaScript frameworks to join our frontend engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building user-friendly interfaces that are fast, responsive, and scalable.

You’ll be working on high-impact fintech products that require both technical excellence and creative thinking. Your work will directly influence user experience and engagement across a range of web applications, including financial dashboards, analytics platforms, and client portals.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Next.js, React.js, and associated technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product owners.
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code with pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Build responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible components.
• Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and usability.
• Integrate front-end logic with RESTful APIs and real-time systems (e.g., WebSockets).
• Write clean, reusable code and maintain clear documentation.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensure security best practices in frontend implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development using Next.js and React.js.
• Proficient in Redux, Hooks, Context API, and component-based architecture.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.
• Experience building high-performance web applications with real-time data updates.
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or similar.
• Ability to work in an agile environment with CI/CD processes.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Exposure to Web3 technologies
• Experience with Ethereum, Solana, or other blockchain ecosystems.
• Understanding of containerized deployment using Docker.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Core Java (J2SE) and J2EE technologies.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful services and API design is a must.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture is a must.
• Knowledge of design patterns is a must.
• Strong knowledge of Exception handling and logging mechanism is a must.
• Agile scrum participation experience. Work experience with several agile teams on an application built with microservices and event-based architectures to be deployed in hybrid (on-prem/cloud) environments.
• Good knowledge of Spring framework (MVC, Cloud, Data and Security. Etc) and ORM framework like JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience in managing the Source Code Base through Version Control tools like SVN, GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of testing and automation experience.
• Experience with the following coding languages: Java or Python.
• Experience with test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases and debugging.
• Experience in creating test strategy - Functional, Non-Functional, Analytics and automation.

          Hands-on experience for UI automation using Selenium and Appium.

• Automation experience for REST-based web services using Java, TestNG, Maven, HTTPClient, REST assured, etc.
• Good to have load test experience using Jmeter/Gatling/ Any other tool.

Overall experience 6+ years and relevant at least 2+ years in Golang with Java

● Strong design and architectural experience in building various highly-scalable and

highly-available products

● Strong understanding of the SDLC Activities which include Analysis, Design, Development,

Testing, Deployment and Post-Production Support etc.

● Proficiency in at least one server side framework for languages preferably Go Lang

● Experience working on NoSQL & SQL Databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB,

Redis etc

● Deep Dive, problem-solving, RCA and systematic thinking to reach the cause of issues

● Able to work independently and multi-task effectively

● Program at a system level and able to manage service stability

● Excellent experience maintaining, scalable, extensible code

● Methodical in maintaining up to date documentation

● Metric-driven mindset and obsessive about ensuring clean coding practices

● Preferred experience in product development

● Preferred working experience on microservices platforms

● Proficiency in at least one modern web front-end development framework such as React JS

Good to Have Skills:

● Preferred experience in Elasticsearch and Kibana (ELK Stack)
