About the Role

Techsophy is looking for an experienced Mac Administrator to join our End User Computing (EUC) team. This role is responsible for managing, securing, and supporting Apple devices across the organization using JAMF, while also contributing to the broader EUC function that supports hardware, applications, and end-user technology needs across the business.

Experience Required

6+ Years in Mac Administration

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Mac OSX and Server environments (versions 10.6 through 26) using JAMF.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Mac and iOS device issues in a business environment.
• Manage Apple devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
• Build, deploy, and maintain macOS configuration profiles.
• Construct and maintain BASH and Unix scripts to automate device management tasks.
• Support all End User Computing (EUC) hardware needs, including MacOS, Printers, and Windows devices.
• Manage user-related application installs, updates, and access.

Required Skills

• Strong, hands-on JAMF experience — enrollment, policies, configuration profiles, and patch management.
• Solid working knowledge of BASH and Unix scripting for automation. Experience managing Apple devices through an MDM platform.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Mac and iOS hardware and software.
• Comfortable supporting a mixed environment including Windows machines and printers.

• Must be passionate about designing for web and social media
• Must have experience in Facebook & Google Ad Graphics Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDraw and Photoshop)
• Must have video creation experience
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills, Must be quick in understanding and implementing ideas
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Data Scientist-

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientists to join our engineering team and

help us enhance our mobile application with data. In this role, we're looking for

people who are passionate about developing ML/AI in various domains that solves

problems.

As one of the earliest members in engineering, you will have the flexibility to design

the models and architecture from ground up. As any early-stage start-up, we expect

Responsibilities

Researches, develops and maintains machine learning and statistical models for

business requirements

Work across the spectrum of statistical modelling including supervised,

unsupervised, & deep learning techniques to apply the right level of solution to

the right problem Coordinate with different functional teams to monitor outcomes and refine/

improve the machine learning models Implements models to uncover patterns and predictions creating business value and innovation

Identify unexplored data opportunities for the business to unlock and maximize

the potential of digital data within the organization

Develop NLP concepts and algorithms to classify and summarize structured/unstructured text data

Qualifications

3+ years of experience solving complex business problems using machine

learning.

Fluency in programming languages such as Python, NLP and Bert, is a must

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Experience in building production quality models using state-of-the-art technologies 

Familiarity with databases like MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL, etc. is

desirable Ability to collaborate on projects and work independently when required.

Previous experience in Fintech/payments domain is a bonus

You should have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics

or Mathematics or another quantitative field from a top tier Institute

Content and Relationship Manager Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, English and Related field
• 1-2 years experience in writing content
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
• Highly articulate with experience in developing content based on consumer needs or data insights
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, as well as an ability to assess visual communication, to enable evaluation of motivating, accurate and effective communications.

Requirements:

• Retrieve Data from Databases

SSRS developers optimize SQL server queries to retrieve data efficiently and quickly. As

teams submit requests for different ways of doing things, SSRS developers work with them to find solutions that meet their needs.

• Design Data Solutions

To create and design best-practice data warehouse solutions that support business reporting tasks. This is achieved using different programs and software, such as Microsoft Excel, MS SQL Server, and Tableau.

• Create and Maintain Reporting Processes

To maintain a record of the different reporting processes in place. Evolve ways & means for a more effective data management.

• Resolve IT and Data Issues
• Provide Delivery Plans and Estimates for Projects

Desired skills

• Knowledge of UI development (UI Kit, App Life Cycle, View Controller life cycle, Storyboards, Auto layout)
• Basic and Advanced concepts of Swift (for e.g., generics, KVO, etc.)
• Minimum 1 year experience in Swift.
• Implementation details of complex features (e.g., push notifications, Analytics integration, accessibility, features of health kit, deep-linking, etc.)
• MVC, MVVM, VIPER design patterns and other patterns used in iOS
• Apple UI guidelines, Guidelines/process to submit app to the App Store
