Job Role: Associate Art Director Experience Level: 5+ years Location: Bangalore, Onsite

Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Driving Organization Culture:

• Play an active and supportive role in driving the vision for the company in coordination with the Copy and SM and communicating the same to the employees within the Team
• Focus on Leadership actions impacting team members' performance to create better customer experiences and business results.
• Key focus on trying to plug any existing issues within the Organization as a whole
• Setting the democratic leadership tone for the organization

2. Business Strategy, Direction & Positioning:

• Involvement in existing brand strategy discussions and brainstorming sessions
• Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance the brand strategies
• Lead initiatives and define future brand design direction
• Ensure design quality and that design directives are followed.
• Knowledge of the strategic direction of all accounts handled by his/her team

3. Account Mining & Partnerships:

• Work collaboratively with the SMM and strategy team to develop innovative concepts identify potential problems, and formulate recommendations
• Contributing to pitch presentations

4. Account Management:

• Detailed knowledge of the design strategy formulated for different brands.
• Ensure effective and timely implementation of strategies
• Communicate and represent the brand from the design perspective, in and outside the design team
• Briefing and managing social media and development teams
• Take regular feedback from the client regarding the quality of work and areas of improvement
• Attend important and strategic Client meetings

5. Team Management:

• Foster growth and skill development of team members
• Creative Direction. Helping to drive innovation and creativity within the team
• Internal communication to streamline and standardize service quality in line with Moshi Moshi’s positioning
• Provide leadership of the account team and client, and ensure best-in-class work is delivered consistently.

6. Planning and prioritizing the team’s work:

• Improving the tracking and monitoring of team members as they progress through their work and skill set, and providing support such as counseling and extra training, where needed
• Project Manage work and ensure all deadlines are met
• Actively participate in the hiring process as part of interviewing and assessing candidates for their team as per the requirements of the accounts.
• Keep a tab/lower the attrition factors within the team and advise and inform the management accordingly
• Training Needs Analysis and other Employee Development activities of new joiners and team members
• Track and report the length of time for the training required on various training modules and suggest improvements to the company
• Perform Quarterly Evaluations and Annual Appraisals for the team members periodically and update the HR and Management on the progress
• Strong Inter – department coordination to avoid any confusion

Moshi Moshi is looking for a talented and experienced Associate Art Director to join our Digital Marketing Team in Bangalore. If you are passionate about Designs larger than life. - You are meant for this role!

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical

experience (or) degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics,

Statistics, Operations Research, Management Science)

● 3+ years experience with data analysis and metrics development

● 3+ years experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining

recommended actions, and reporting results across stakeholders

● 2+ years experience writing SQL queries

● 2+ years experience scripting in Python

● Demonstrated curiosity in and excitement for Web3/blockchain technologies

● Interested in learning new technologies to solve customer needs with lots of creative freedom

● Strong communication skills and business acumen

● Self-starter, motivated by an interest for developing the best possible solutions to problems

● Experience with Google Cloud - Bigquery, DataBricks stack, DBT, Tableu, Jupyter is a plus

India is the Diabetes capital of the world, with 75 Million currently and headed to 100 Million+ within 3-5 years. In addition, between 70-100 Million people are pre-diabetic. This is consequently one of the biggest health problems faced by India, that needs to be addressed at a War footing. 

Lo! Foods, started in 2019, has been a pioneer in cutting down Carbohydrates from Food. They started with a range of Ultra Low Carbohydrate products, that is used by those on a Ketogenic diet or those with Severe Diabetes issues and Type 1 Diabetes. 

Building on their expertise in Cutting down Carbs; while retaining nutrition, flavor and texture; Lo! Foods has also launched a specialist range of daily food products specially formulated for Diabetics. 

Job Role

We are looking for a Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our diabetic range products. Customers can include doctors, pharmacists, and direct consumers. The medical representative will increase product awareness, answer queries, provide advice and introduce new products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Organizing appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff
• Identifying and establishing new business
• Negotiating contracts
• Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacists
• Undertaking relevant research
• Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
• Maintaining detailed records
• Attending and organising trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Managing budgets
• Reviewing sales performance
• Writing reports and other documents.

Key Skills

• Experience of 5 to 8 years in a medical representative field.
• Should have Commercial awareness. It is good to have experience of handling diabetic products earlier
• Required good Presentation and Research skills
• Should have the ability to negotiate and collaborate contracts and business               deals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organisational skills.

• We are looking for a Senior SRE with a proven track record of success leading complex cloud-hybrid environments. You will have:
• Strong sense of Being an Owner, Wearing the Customer Shoes, with the ability to Empower Others demonstrated through clear
• communication and collaboration.
• Skills to work independently with multiple global teams, developing, configuring, deploying, and operating our global infrastructure on AWS and on-prem.
• Operational experience in complex distributed and real-time systems, including experience with SLO/SLAs towards high availability,reliability and DR goals.
• DevOps experience in building tools and frameworks, with an understanding of continuous deployment processes.
• Ability to think at scale, bringing a focus on continuous delivery methodologies from design through deployment and operations.
• Experience building and managing systems with tools including Kubernetes, Chef/Ansible/Puppet, Kafka, Docker, and Terraform.

• 5+ years experience in a Software and/or Site Reliability Engineering role
• Experience writing automation code in GoLang, Python or Java
• Experience developing and operating large scale distributed systems with Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience in running real time and low latency high available applications (Kafka, gRPC, RTP)
• Experience running public cloud environments on AWS
• Experience running hybrid clouds and on-prem infrastructures on Red Hat Enterprise Linux / CentOS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
• The ability to lead, partner, and collaborate cross functionally across an engineering organization
