About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist with Email and WhatsApp marketing expertise to drive customer engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, strong with numbers, and capable of analyzing campaign performance to optimize outcomes. While experience in running ads and other campaigns is a plus, the primary focus will be on automation, segmentation, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize Email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Work with automation tools to set up trigger-based campaigns, drip sequences, and audience segmentation.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, etc.) and make data-driven decisions.
- Continuously refine messaging, audience targeting, and automation workflows for better engagement.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-performing marketing assets.
- Maintain compliance with WhatsApp & email marketing guidelines (DND policies, opt-ins, etc.).
- Work with CRM tools to leverage customer data for personalized marketing.
- Support broader marketing initiatives, including ad campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Email and WhatsApp marketing & automation.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, MoEngage, Clevertap, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills – ability to work with campaign data, spot trends, and optimize results.
- Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and WhatsApp marketing compliance.
- Good understanding of customer behavior and data-driven marketing.
- Experience in running paid ads or managing broader marketing campaigns is a plus but not mandatory.

What will you do?
- You will be the voice of the Enterprise customer sand help customers with issues related to the platform. You will be responsible for addressing and resolving tickets from enterprise customers while adhering to SLAs.
- You will document customer pain points to help in process improvement. You will also surface customer feedback to product and engineering teams to drive improvements in the product.
- You will explore customer data to identify trends with the objective of issue resolution.
- You will resolve customer issues through process expertise without having to escalate to higher levels of management but also understands when higher level of authorization is required.

What we look for?
- 2-5 years of experience in 24x7 customer support operations.
- You have experience in B2B Software support and understanding of Saas platforms
- You have excellent communication skills, ability to identify complex customer problems.

- You have the eagerness for learning and staying up-to-date on new product or policy changes.
- Start-up experience would be a plus.

Basic Qualifications:
- Five+ years experience working in a Big Data Software Development role
- Experience managing and deploying ML models in real world environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other analytical fields
- Experience working with Python, Scala, Spark or other open-source software with data science libraries
- Experience in advanced math and statistics
- Excellent familiarity with command line linux environment
- Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation
- Experience deploying machine learning models
Primary Responsibilities:
- We need strong SQL database development skills using the MS SQL server.
- Strong skill in SQL server integration services (SSIS) for ETL development.
- Strong Experience in full life cycle database development project using SQL server.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex logical and physical data models.
- Exposure to web services & web technologies (Javascript, Jquery, CSS, HTML).
- Knowledge of other high-level languages (PERL, Python) will be an added advantage
- Nice to have SQL certification.
Good to have:
• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3+ years of formal industry/professional experience in software development – Healthcare background preferred. Should be able to use the transformations components to transform the data

Job Description: You will begin in an individual contributor’s role, working in ateam of go-getters to help spread the Byju’s way of Learning in your city. You would be showcasing the unique Byju’s way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in your designated zone.

Academic Qualification: Any Graduation/ Post Graduation (Completed in or before 2020)
Training: All selected candidates will be part of a two-month training process under the Business Development Trainee profile at a monthly stipend of Rs 25,000. Upon successful completion of training candidates will be promoted to the role of Business Development Associates (BDA)
The first 2 weeks of this training will be classroom training followed by 6 weeks of "On- the-Job Training", both at the BDT Training Location. There will be additional performance incentives which will be applicable during the training period. Currently till our offices re-open, the training will happen in the Work from Home mode. Once our offices are open, the training will shift to the BDT Training Location.
