Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Finance modules.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
4. Extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12 or above, including functional setup, configuration, and implementation.
5. Knowledge of Oracle EBS Finance integration points with other modules and third-party systems.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
