What you’ll be doing
• Lead the development of first product(s) across all phases of software and web
development including ideation, prototyping, design, production, and maintenance.
• Work closely with founders and internal/external stakeholders to build products, tools, and
services from scratch and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Be actively involved in requirements gathering, customer interviews and the creation of
robust product solutions.
• Brainstorm and lay the foundations of the technology and architectural roadmap as well as
the development processes.
• Share your technical expertise to help the team make thoughtful and scalable design
decisions and identify performance bottlenecks to troubleshoot quickly.
• Manage product development priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Hire and manage a small team of engineers (internal/outsourced).
• Ensure high-performant and responsive web applications and websites.
Skills & Qualities we’re looking for
Hard Skills
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 4-7 years of experience as a full-stack developer (rare exceptions for highly skilled
developers) at a fast-paced, preferably early / growth stage start-up.
• Proficient with frontend technologies - HTML, CSS, JavaScript & ReactJS/VueJS.
• Proficient with backend technologies - Java/NodeJs/Golang/Python/Ruby.
• Hands-on experience working with any cloud AWS/GCP/Azure/DigitalOcean.
• Knowledge of codebases and version control systems (Git).
• Well-versed with SQL database design & RDBMS concepts.
• Strong arithmetic reasoning, logical and analytical thinking skills.

Position – International Sales Development Representative
Reports to - Regional Head
Primary Objective - Sales Development Representatives are responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel. They must research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects and qualify leads before handing them off to the closers of the sales team.
Specific Accountabilities/Responsibilities -
Promoting and business through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails and communication(s) to prospective clients
Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
Scheduling Initial Prospecting Meetings for the Sales Team
Providing in depth information to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos
Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web research
Meet or exceed assigned quota of a minimum of 40 calls / 30 emails per day
Working together with the Sales Director to grow a specific sales territory
Working with the Sales Director to support the acquisition of new accounts in the region
Help as needed to build awareness on special projects / events
Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress


Desired Profile
Feasibility assessments – Outline Risks , Design , Effort / Cost Estimate.
Analyse, design, document, and agree - Solutions to meet requirements / timelines.
Produce refined estimates of effort, time, resource, and costs for work requests.

Skills:
Significant “hands on” software development/support experience gained in a commercial environment with React & Node.
Demonstrable knowledge of Postgres database technology.
Proven experience of using automated test tools/frameworks (e.g. Spock, Selenium, JEB) and Continuous Integration tools (e.g. Hudson, Jenkins).
Experience in a range of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile/SCRUM, Waterfall, DevOps) and secure coding standards (e.g. OWASP).
Knowledge of payment processing regulations (PCI-DSS) and security standards (ISO 27001).

We are looking for someone creative, organised and passionate about project management and events,who can plan an event from start to finish that exceed our expectations.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal to execution, on time, within budget, that exceed our expectations
- Coordinate all operations, from sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to venue searches and bookings
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
- Develop and maintain event databases, such as filtering and segmentation, with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate event logistics and collateral material design, production and distribution and maintain production schedules for event materials/collateral

Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years minimum operational or project management experience from a B2B events/conference production company
- Graduated to degree level or equivalent in your chosen discipline, ideally Marketing, Social Sciences, Humanities, Languages or similar
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
- Ability to work independently and show a strong sense of initiative, taking ownership of key projects when required with a proactive attitude
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and be flexible is essential
