We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our Sales and Business Development team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.

This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities

• The Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing AXS’s overall communications and marketing plan --focusing specifically on digital communications --to build awareness about AXS within the community, and to increase lead generation and sales.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to include social media, (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin and YouTube)
• Create, manage and implement all email marketing campaigns
• Expand and maintain customer email database
• Write and distribute regularly weekly online newsletters
• Develop new partnerships and maintain strong industry relationships.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing plan in association with the team.
• Manage and update Linkedin, Facebook pages and websites (including corporate websites).
• Enhance social media outlets and opportunities to maintain communication and build fan base.
• Track and analyze website and social media performance.
• Work with team to refine social media strategy and best practices
• Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Flickr,YouTube) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging
• Draft Weekly-newsletters to subscribers
• Prepare weekly updates and reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns
• Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly
• Ensure proper messaging is being executed online
• Identify leaders and influencers (internal/external) and engage them in brand activities
• Assist with website copywriting, proofing, and updating as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Exceptional ability to manage details
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Be available for at least 30 hours a week
• A bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled student) in the liberal arts or equivalent work experience
• Understands and can utilize emerging platforms, digital media, and web/social media management and measurement tools(e.g. Hootsuite, Google Analytics)
• Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
• Strong working knowledge of email marketing applications

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and manage cloud compute and data storage infrastructure for multiple instances of AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
• Manage VPCs, security groups, and user access to our various public cloud systems and services.
• Develop processes and procedures for using cloud-based infrastructures, including, access key rotation, disaster recovery, and building new services.
• Help the business control costs by categorizing and tagging assets running in the cloud.
• Develop scripts and workflows to manage cloud computing systems
• Provide oversight on log aggregation and application performance monitoring surrounding our production environments.

What we’re looking for

• 2-3 years of experience in the provision, configuring, administrating, automating, monitoring, and supporting enterprise Cloud services
• Strong experience in designing, building, maintaining and securing AWS resources for high-availability and production level systems and services
• Familiar with Cloud concepts with practical hands-on experience on any Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services like Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Elastic Load-balancers, S3, Elastic File system, VPC, Route53, and IAM.
• Providing 24/7 support for the application and Infrastructure support
• Prior experience using infrastructure as a code software tool like Terraform.
• Knowledge in software provisioning, configuration management, and application-deployment tools like Ansible.
• Working knowledge of container technologies like Docker & Kubernetes cluster operations.
• Familiarity with software automation tools Git, Jenkins, Code Pipeline, SonarQube

IOS DEVELOPMENT:

Role Description

• Office 365 Migration Specialist
• Position requires prior Office 365 mailbox migration experience, scheduling migration batches and process management.
• Under the general direction of the customer IT/Security/Okta Teams is responsible for assisting in the planning and support of the migration from multiple on-premises Exchange environments & third party provided Mail services into a single Azure-hosted Office 365 environment.
• Candidates must be flexible to work Monday through Friday 

Primary roles and responsibilities

• Hands-on migration/deployment of Exchange 2007/2010/2016 to Office 365 Azure-hosted solution
• Provide Level II/ Level III support for email and messaging systems
• Perform large-scale infrastructure implementations and migrations
• Configure tools for monitoring and use them to proactively identify issues within email & messaging systems
• Deployment of O365 Application (One Drive, SharePoint, Teams) with existing data migration
• Implementation and migration of Exchange Archiving and Journaling.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Develop and train Service Desk and Endpoint Support to resolve level 1 and 1.5 Office 365 issues
• Participate in monthly maintenance windows
• Performs related duties as assigned

 
Experience and educational requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Any equivalent Post Graduation.

 
Minimum skills, knowledge, and ability requirements

• Hands-on Exchange to O365 migration experience is a must.
• Very Good Knowledge on One Drive, SharePoint
• Integration of O365 with Okta
• Good communication and customer handling skills, candidates need to able to work with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, O365.
• Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Veritas Enterprise Vault a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications in this field are a plus.
