Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum 6+ years of hands-on Product Design experience with product companies

Mandatory (Design Craft): Strong design craft with deep expertise in UX, interaction design, design systems, prototyping, problem-solving, and user-centered workflows. Should be able to individually assess and elevate design quality.

Mandatory (Collaboration): Proven ability to collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and cross-functional teams. Must have driven design-led projects, influenced product roadmap, and balanced short-term and long-term design priorities.

Mandatory (Portfolio): Portfolio or team-led work showing shipped, real-world product impact, improved user journeys, solved UX breakage, and scaled design quality across multiple products/features.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

Lead interactive sessions on strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills. Provide one-on-one coaching to help learners strengthen specific skills like strategic thinking, communication & leadership skills.

2. Research & Collaborate

Tailor training content to fit individual learner needs and goals. Stay updated with industry trends to continuously improve our programs.

3. Assessment & Feedback

Track learner progress and provide constructive, actionable feedback. Report on performance and suggest further training if needed.

4. Support & Guidance

Act as a mentor, providing support and encouragement to learners. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters positive learning experiences.

5. Professional Development

Keep up with the latest trends in soft skills training and development techniques. Share knowledge and best practices with the Kapable team.

1. Research, Implement, Monitoring, and Report on Organic search

2. Keyword research and mapping

3. Content writing and optimization

4. Link-building outreach campaigns

8. Work on standard and current SEO practices

9. Auditing existing website

10. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve

Skills & Requirements

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

2. Knowledge of technical aspects of search engines, search algorithms, ranking factors etc.

3. Demonstrated knowledge of SEO skills like on-page SEO, and website analytics.

4. Strong operational excellence in link building – NOT outdated practices like (directories,

bookmarking, etc.)

5. Knowledge of outreach to editors to form collaborations for publishing our content on their

portal – this is a must-have. Candidate to show clear experience of achieving this in this past

employment.

6. Strong experience in the use of Google Analytics and Google Search Console

7. Ability to solve problems and identify opportunities through data analysis and critical

thinking

8. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple

projects and responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

• Develop new Leads of Industries who can install solar
• Develop strong relationships with the different stakeholders in these industries
• Generate proposals, offers
• Conduct negotiations with prospective customers
• Close orders with prospective customers
• Work with the Products team to better mold the product as per the customers requirements
• Hand hold a customer in their transition to renewable energy

Preferred candidate profile

• Past work experience as a sales executive / manager in an EPC company / project developer
• First hand knowledge of Rooftop Solar
• Strong Industry connects to be able to work independently
• Bachelors Degree in associated field
• Comfortable with travelling over night to visit the site if required

• As a Lab Technician, you will work on PCB assembling, PCB reworking, soldering, and desoldering. And maintaining the LAB
• Soldering and desoldering of the electronic components down to 0402 packages and through-hole components.
• Good electrical knowledge of Electronic components and their assembly requirements
• Kit preparation as per BOM/JOB List
• Will be supporting Hardware Design Engineers in the design, prototype, testing & production phases of the project.
• Hands-on experience in handling crimping tools, multimeter, CRO, DSO, Drill machines, hand tools, etc. Digital multimeter and other testing equipment.
• Good knowledge of AC and DC low and high-voltage power supplies.
• System Assembly and disassembly skills.
• Work on multiple locations (JBN & Cheemasandra)
• Qualification : ITI / Diploma (Electrical / Electronics / Electronics and communication, Instrumentation and Electronics or equivalent)
