About the Role
We’re looking for a Demand Generation Lead who can create and manage content that resonates with a US audience. You’ll plan, write, and manage different types of content that tell our story, support growth, and drive engagement. If you love writing, enjoy building content strategies, and can juggle multiple projects, this role is for you.
What You’ll DoContent Strategy & Marketing
- Plan and execute content strategies that align with business and ABM goals.
- Write and edit across formats: blogs, case studies, emails, newsletters, templates, social posts, and landing pages.
- Own the content-driven demand generation funnel from awareness to MQLs to pipeline influence.
- Create and manage gated assets (ebooks, whitepapers, playbooks, case studies) to drive lead capture.
- Engage with clients and experts through content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
SEO & Content Management
- Manage end-to-end blog workflows, including topic research, keyword planning, assigning content to writers, editing, creating CTAs, and publishing.
- Collaborate with SEO teams and freelancers to ensure all content is optimized for search and published on time.
- Use analytics to measure content performance and suggest improvements.
- Track and optimize content performance based on traffic, conversions, MQLs, and pipeline contribution.
Campaign & ABM Support
- Create and review newsletter content, manage group postings, and track analytics.
- Support ABM and LinkedIn campaigns by providing required collateral.
- Work closely with the Sales and Growth teams to align content with ICP-driven ABM campaigns.
- Support outbound and inbound motions with sales enablement content.
Planning & Coordination
- Own and manage monthly content calendars to ensure smooth delivery across channels.
- Collaborate with design, product, and social media teams to align content with campaigns.
Performance, Quality & Metrics
- Maintain consistent tone, voice, and messaging across all channels.
- Review and approve freelance work, and manage their monthly budgets and invoices.

Position: Sales Development Representative (International Voice Process)
Job Responsibilities
● Making multiple outbound calls to assigned B2B prospects. Develop sales opportunities by researching the prospective company, using influencing and relationship-building skills, and providing information on the client's product/value proposition.
● Ability to understand the key objections from prospects, clarify their concerns & use product knowledge & vendor-led training to alleviate these concerns & move the sales cycle forward. Persistently follow up with the prospect in a clear & timely manner to ensure positive outcomes.
● Understand customer campaigns, and their products/services and appropriately communicate customer brand identity to prospects. Provide detailed and concise feedback to the Voice Operations leads on the outcomes (conversions/rejects / not interested etc.).
● Undertakepre-sales outreach processes such as AG, HQL, SQL, BANT, marketing, and sales lead qualification.
Requirements:
● Minimum2yearsexperience in B2B sales, ideally selling to technology stakeholders, and senior stakeholders including C-suite within the enterprise and SMB organizations with a solid track record of lead conversions via outbound calling and emails.
● Been part of marketing and sales lead generation campaign teams focusing on SQL, MQL, BANT, AG, etc.
● Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills; should be able to think on their feet and provide effective rebuttals/responses to prospects on the calls.
● Strong track record of meeting their targets for SQL / MQL / BANT/ AG campaigns.

Your mission:
- Craft and implement data-driven CRO strategies, elevating website performance and boosting conversion rates.
- Collaborate with SEO & PPC teams, breathing life into underperforming blogs/landing pages for improved SERP and MQLs.
- Conduct qualitative & quantitative research, uncovering insights to enhance website metrics and MQLs.
- Team up with Content, Sales, & PMM to align messaging with customer pain points and keyword intent.
