Job Role:  Video Lead

Experience Level: 5+ years 

Location: Bangalore, Onsite 

Job Description: We are looking for someone with previous social media reels edit/ creation experience who holds an experience of 5 Years plus. 

Responsibilities:- 

● Creation of Social media posts, reels, etc . 

● Edit videotapes, insert music, dialogue, and sound effects, and arrange films into sequences. 

● Correct errors, using editing equipment. 

● Must know motion graphics. 

● Minimum 8-10 edits in a day.

● Client interaction and team handling is a must. 

● Should be a master in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro. 

Execute marketing campaigns through FB Ads ensuring high ROAS

Optimize campaigns to achieve the best ROI & meet targets

Handle various campaign: conversion, website clicks, traffic, remarketing, etc.

Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to improve ROI

Excellent programming skills in C/C++ and Python
Need experience on cloud/Virtualization experience.
Strong working experience in developing application on Linux 
Experience of working with multi-threading, IPC and socket programming is must.
Familiarity with OS concepts like memory management, scheduling etc. is desirable.
Familiarity with TCP/IP protocol stack is desirable
Knowledge of Linux networking stack including conceptual understanding of IPsec, iptables, conntrack, bridging, policy based routing etc. is desirable
Familiarity with container technology
Aware of Agile Methodologies, CI/CD methods
Experienced with all phases of project in development, testing and deployment and management of enterprise solutions.
Excellent verbal written communication skills.
Self-motivation and the ability to work under aggressive timeline is must.
Strong problem-solving skills and very good time management skills

Designation: Angular Developer

Experience: 1 to 5 years

Skill Set: Angular 2+ Versions, HTML, CSS

Requirements:

• Must have experience on Angular 2+ versions
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software in the area of Web Development.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UIUX designs.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverable.
• Making complex technical and design decisions for Angular projects.
• Adapting interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies.

Management & Organization:

• Develop unique and engaging content to meet in-house and clients’ multiple requirements
• Create a wide variety of content across industry verticals like case studies, white papers, corporate brochures, emails, blogs, articles, social media snippets, and more
• Create social media and search engine optimized content.
• Communicate effectively with clients, meet strict deadlines, and follow clients' editorial guidelines.
• Bachelor’s Degree with preferred Major in English, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising or Communications.
• Minimum of five years’ experience as a copywriter/content writer.
• Knowledge of website marketing and search engine marketing.
• Knowledge of information gathering, planning, and organizing methods and principles.
• Experience with desktop publishing tools.
• Experience working on software programs like Photoshop, CorelDraw, HTML.
