Role Overview:

The Business Development Executive will focus on generating and nurturing leads, setting up meetings for the co-founder, preparing proposals, and maintaining proper sales documentation. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through research, calls, and online outreach.
• Connect with potential clients via phone, email, and professional networks.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with the co-founder for qualified prospects.
• Prepare pre-meeting presentations and relevant briefing materials.
• Create professional proposals and share them with clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and present ideas confidently.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and basic presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IT services, web development, or digital marketing sales.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar.

What you’ll be doing:

LiteStore is seeking a dynamic and driven Management Trainee to join our passionate team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the company's founders, contributing to the strategic initiatives that drive LiteStore's growth and success. As a Management Intern, you will gain invaluable insights into the world of innovative retail, D2C brands, digital-to-physical brand transitions, and building strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate directly with LiteStore's Strategic Initiatives Team to support their day-to-day activities and strategic priorities.
2. Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, competitor landscape, and potential growth opportunities to inform decision-making.
3. Assist in preparing and refining presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Participate in brainstorming sessions, idea generation, and strategic planning discussions.
5. Help coordinate and manage special projects, events, and initiatives that align with LiteStore's vision and goals.
6. Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Projects, Operations, Finance and Business Development, to drive efficient and effective execution of key projects.
7. Provide administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling communication on behalf of the Team.
8. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information and high-level interactions.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong passion for entrepreneurship, retail innovation, and the startup ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with the design team to discuss application features and design ideas.
• Researching similar application designs and user interface modules.
• Creating a website and application design mockups with enhanced UI features.
• Presenting updated front-end designs for final sign-off.
• Writing the front-end code and building the user interface.
• Debugging code errors and troubleshooting software issues.
• Conducting live application tests and tweaks.
• Updating web applications in line with user trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of OOPS concepts, Persistence, Threading.

• 3+ years prior experience as a UI engineer.

Requirements: 

• - Write well designed, testable code in popular Javascript frameworks like React, Angular etc. and Ruby/Ruby on Rails.
  - A good exposure to both SQL and NoSQL database architectures.
• - Ability to write well documented and testable scripts to automate some processes, preferably using Javascript and/or Ruby.
• - A strong problem solving mindset.

• - At times you will be required to communicate and collaborate with our dashboard implementation partners on a technical front, to discuss roadblocks, potential future roadmaps and improvements, along with our engineering and product teams.
• - You will be required to attend weekly cadences with the team to discuss updates and future goals, brainstorm on some problems and give key updates on deliverables on behalf of the team you'll be working with.
