At Loyalty Juggernaut (LJI), we're looking for curious minds, strong problem-solvers, and passionate engineers to join our Product Engineering team through our Intern-to-FTE program.
As an intern transitioning to a full-time role, you will own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including technical design, implementation, deployment, support, and optimization of software solutions.
You will
- Collaborate with the Business teams, Product teams and Clients to understand business scenarios and customer pain points
- Tackle complex technical challenges and build highly functional cutting-edge product features
- Own the complete product delivery across the full tech stack
- Continuously improving product performance and user experience
To be successful in this role, you should be a meritorious student from a college of repute and have,
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering any stream, class of 2026
- Min. 7.5 CGPA score with no backlogs
- Excellent programming skills.
- Strong academic performance in data structures and algorithms.
- Demonstratable programming and application skills in academic projects- Java/Python/Rest APIs/PostgreSQL/ AI-ML/Mobile Development/similar.
- Confident communication skills

What you will OWN:
- Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various sources using SQL and AWS ‘big data’ technologies.
- Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
- Work with stakeholders, including the Technical Architects, Developers, Product Owners, and Executives, to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
- Create tools for data management and data analytics that can assist them in building and optimizing our product to become an innovative industry leader.
You would make a GREAT FIT if you have:
- Have 2 to 5 years of relevant backend development experience, with solid expertise in Python.
- Possess strong skills in Data Structures and Algorithms, and can write optimized, maintainable code.
- Are familiar with database systems, and can comfortably work with PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL solutions like MongoDB or DynamoDB.
- Hands-on experience using Cloud Dataware houses like AWS Redshift, GBQ, etc.
- Experience with AWS cloud services: EC2, EMR, RDS, Redshift, and AWS Batch would be an added advantage.
- Have a solid understanding of ETL processes and tools and can build or modify ETL pipelines effectively.
- Have experience managing or building data pipelines and architectures at scale.
- Understand the nuances of data ingestion, transformation, storage, and analytics workflows.
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively across engineering, product.

As a Product Engineer in R&D team, you will be responsible for end-end Software development life-cycle involving Technical design, implementation, deployment, and support. You will
- Work actively with Product Specialists, Business Analysts and other stakeholders on the development of cutting-edge product features
- Partner with Customer Success teams to review and implement business requirements
- Build high-quality innovative and reusable code - design and implement new features in cooperation with the enterprise architect
