Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team remotely. Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and target industries.

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and engage potential clients.

Client Consultation and Needs Analysis:

• Conduct detailed needs analysis to identify opportunities for the company’s products or services.
• Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs and requirements of each potential client.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on client consultations.

Sales Presentations and Pitching:

• Develop compelling sales presentations and pitches tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
• Present product/service features and benefits to potential clients through virtual meetings and calls.
• Highlight unique selling points and value propositions to differentiate from competitors.
• Use storytelling and persuasive techniques to engage and convince potential clients.

Relationship Management:

• Maintain regular follow-up with leads and clients to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of CRM software and lead generation tools.

Key Skills

• Must be proficient in PHP, Laravel, Mysql, AWS technology stacks.

• Experience with REST-based API Development.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Concepts, MySQL, CSS3, JSON, XML & MVC.
• Knowledge of Networking and Versioning.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.
• Strong programming skills with an understanding of project cycles, development environments, and source control techniques.

The Director, Engineering works with the Product Owner to understand the business strategy and work together to define the roadmap of product feature development over the next couple of years. Along with that the key aspect is to ensure that the team is aligned to deliver these strategic initiatives which would encompass building data streams, data analytics and feature development across multiple projects in close partnership with our Product teams.

As a Director in Acqueon you will need….

• An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech/MS in any stream – Computer Science/IT preferred
• With 15+ years of experience in building and managing highly skilled development teams, and the ability to lead, coach and influence them
• Deep understanding in Java, Golang, SQL/NoSQL database, Elastic search, K8S and Docker
• Experience in developing scalable, concurrent, low-latency, fault tolerant systems
• Strong track record of leading and managing the delivery of software development projects, meeting key milestones and overcoming challenges
• Previous experience in working with other international R&D, product management and support teams
• Proven knowledge in both architecture and implementation-level software design of high-scale distributed systems
• Drive the success of the implementation by applying technical skills, to design and build enhanced processes and technical solutions in support of strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with the Architects and cross functional teams and follow established practices for the delivery of solutions meeting QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery). Within the established architectural guidelines.
• Ability to manage, track and identify risks, bottlenecks and challenges ahead of time, and oversee technical coordination to resolve them
• Willingness to work in a fast paced, and driven team in a context-switching environment
• Should have experience with CDP platforms, NoSql platforms, java/python, AWS platform, ELT (connectors to fetch data, transform) additionally experience with Sagemaker, AI Modelling and Data Science would be a plus

• Conceptualize the Product Strategy for the SaaS - Cyber Security Product
• Collaborate & work closely with Product Team. Understand the short term and long term needs of the business to build products that win in the market place
• Help prioritise the goals for the functional unit within the organization – for the teams individually and together
• Guide sales force to arrive at optimal team structure and composition. Ensure that the team are motivated towards work and are at their optimal productivity level
• Work with other business leaders & contribute positively to sales practices and standards within the company. Unlock opportunities for achieving sales efficiency across the organisational units

• Participate in building bouquet of products in the SaaS - Cyber Security Product space to drive leadership with the State of the art - Cyber Security Product in India
• Performance manage and coach the team to understand client needs and challenges, and to work in an agile manner to convert those into sales opportunities
• Work closely with the marketing and communications team to drive the constant drumbeat needed to build a leading brand in a challenging market
• Lead a sales team committed and passionate about On-boarding client partners with innovative security solutions
• Owning sales targets overall and within accounts. Developing and implementing strategic plan to achieve the same
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be a partner to customers to understand their needs and objectives
• Consistently achieve Revenue & P&L targets in line with team/organizational objectives
