Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyse process issues and gather related user requirements
• Develop appropriate solutions, primarily using the JIFFY.ai low code platform
• Obtain feedback from users and process stakeholders and implement improvements
• Develop training materials and train users
• Recommend and Develop Common Component development, integrations, and configurations

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree required Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems OR equivalent external work experience.

Work Experience and Skills required:

• Good hands-on 3-5 years of experience in Java or similar application development
• Experience in OOPS, Model Driven Development. Knowledge of modern UI Technologies
• Knowledge and experience in any or some of the following disciplines is a very strong plus: REST API, Java, JavaScript, Xpath, CSS, HTML, relational databases, or Kubernetes
• Create Domain Model with associations between different entities along with inheritance concept.
• Implementation of the user roles for application and established application security.

Resource should have 8 to 12 years of hands on experience in Asset Accounting, Profit Center and Cost Center Accounting, Auditing  BRS, Group Reporting, Current and Non-Current Reporting. 

Should have Implementation and configuration skills on SAP Controlling in SAP S/4HANA and not support. 

The candidate should be able to manage and configure product costing and should possess CO integration skills with various modules like PP, PS, PM, MM and FI.

Primary job role

As a Senior Technical Consultant – M3, the primary job role is to develop integration using Infor Enterprise Collaborator (IEC) , Intelligent Open Network(ION), Extension development using H5 Scripts, Output generation from OpenText Stream Serve and OpenText Story Teller.   Furthermore, it is required to design required solution and logics for the development components and collaboratively coordinate with the rest of the team playing a leadership role.

Main duties/responsibilities

• Design & implement high performing M3 Integrations solutions as per the functional specification.
• Create Technical Specification.
• Participate in effort estimations.
• Participate in design discussions and own module designs.
• Effective troubleshooting of technical issues and bugs.
• Package deployment and release management.
• Provides technical support to customers.
• Provides training and guidance to the new developers and junior team members.
• Participate in Requirement discussions.
• Participate in Project related meetings if required.
• Must be able to manage timelines and task priorities.
• Attention to detail and maintaining high quality standards is a must.

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in the M3 Technical Consulting.

Technical Knowledge

• Ability to design and develop M3 Integrations with Infor Enterprise Collaborator (IEC).
• UI Extension development using H5Scripts.
• Experience specially in Finance related integrations (Fix assets, GLS850 Uploads for AP, AR, GL etc), Banking Integrations (Including MT940).
• Experience in complex development using Standard/Custom Business Object Document (BOD), ION Document Flow, Workflows.
• Configuring and working with Event Hub, Event Rules and MBM.
• Complex M3 Output development using OpenText Storyteller and OpenText Stream Serve.
• Ability to configure and work with Configurable XML.
• Experience in working with Infor OS and Infor Document Management (IDM).
• Ability to integrate M3 Output documents with IDM.

Job Description :

- This role is responsible for Implementation, one of the most critical phases in a client's life cycle.

- We are looking for an experienced and driven Director, Implementation who is responsible for applying expert knowledge of implementation and large project processes while providing strategic direction to minimize time to first value for all customers.

- As the Director, Implementation, you will manage a growing team and develop processes and procedures for enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities :

- Take proactive ownership of regional implementation health.

- Create scalable processes and definitive scope around implementation services

- Implement systematic processes for tracking and reporting on the implementation status

- Maintain a highly skilled team of Implementation Managers and manage team allocation to maximize resources and output

- Direct the activities of the implementation team to meet client needs and create successful partnerships

- Lead team to complete process analysis, design/redesign of multiple workflows and processes to ensure that they are customer-focused, consistent, effective and efficient and in compliance with company standards

- Develops and manages all deliverables needed for effective implementation to include but not limited to: detailed project plan/timeline, action log, meeting notes, process/procedures and forms documentation, etc.

- Own execution of the roll-out within the allotted implementation timeframe

- Full ownership and accountability of customer satisfaction and on-time delivery throughout the Implementation phase

- Provide support to Account Executives & Sales Engineers during the Sales cycle

- Ability to speak knowledgeably on all technical integration options available within an implementation

- Facilitate hand-off from Sales to Implementation

- Connect regularly with all team members and provide strategic guidance, feedback on performance, and remediate as needed

- Monitor the progress of each account at a deeper level

- Ensure all metrics are accurate and up-to-date

- Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally

- Understand and manage escalations efficiently and appropriately

- First point of contact for all inquiries on project status from executive leadership

- Recognize risks and puts remediation plans in place, interfaces directly with clients escalates to exec level when needed

- Partner with global teams on solutions, process enforcement, and overall regional health

Qualifications :

- 15-18 years of experience working with global enterprise customers in software implementation or Project Management type role at a SaaS company

- 7-10 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role; People leadership of direct and indirect reports

- Bachelor's degree;

- Previous experience as a Manager, Implementation for enterprise software

- Proven track record of successful implementation with enterprise clients

- Highly developed project management skills

- Ability to influence and guide clients through complex implementations

- Strong leadership skills; ability to lead a group of diverse individuals in a high-performance team

- Superior presentation skills; experience with presenting to C-level Executives
