Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Retention Manager to help drive app retention, DAU growth, and long-term user engagement. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working closely with Product, Data, and CRM teams to analyze user behavior, support feature-led retention initiatives, and improve key engagement metrics.

The role is ideal for someone early in their retention/growth career who has worked in a B2C / D2C app environment and wants to deepen their impact on product-led retention.

Key Responsibilities

App Retention & DAU

• Track and analyze DAU, MAU, stickiness (DAU/MAU) and retention cohorts
• Monitor trends and proactively flag drops or spikes in DAU
• Identify which features, cohorts, or journeys are driving sustained engagement

Product & Feature-Led Retention

• Work closely with Product Managers on features impacting retention (e.g., login, onboarding, reminders, personalization)
• Support experimentation on features aimed at long-term habit formation
• Measure post-launch feature impact on retention metrics

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze user behavior across paid vs organic cohorts
• Use dashboards, funnels, and cohort analysis to answer “why” behind metric movement
• Convert data insights into clear recommendations

CRM & Channel Support

• Execute and optimize CRM journeys across push, WhatsApp, email, and in-app
• Support revenue and engagement use cases via CRM tools
• Collaborate with senior team members on lifecycle experiments

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have

• 4–7 years of experience in B2C / D2C product companies
• Exposure to app retention, growth, CRM, or product analytics
• Hands-on experience working with DAU, MAU, retention metrics
• Comfortable with data analysis using Excel, dashboards, or basic SQL
• Has worked on or supported at least one product or feature impacting retention

Good to Have

• Experience with tools like Clevertap, MoEngage
• Worked on onboarding, login, reminders, subscriptions, or engagement features
• Prior collaboration with Product or Growth teams

As a Data Governance Developer at Kanerika, you will be responsible for building and managing metadata, lineage, and compliance frameworks across the organizations data ecosystem.

Required Qualifications :

- 4 to 6 years of experience in data governance or data management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Set up and manage Microsoft Purview accounts, collections, and access controls (RBAC).

- Integrate Purview with data sources : Azure Data Lake, Synapse, SQL DB, Power BI, Snowflake.

- Schedule and monitor metadata scanning and classification jobs.

- Implement and maintain collection hierarchies aligned with data ownership.

- Design metadata ingestion workflows for technical, business, and operational metadata.

- Enrich data assets with business context : descriptions, glossary terms, tags.

- Synchronize metadata across tools using REST APIs, PowerShell, or ADF.

- Validate end-to-end lineage for datasets and reports (ADF ? Synapse ? Power BI).

- Resolve lineage gaps or failures using mapping corrections or scripts.

- Perform impact analysis to support downstream data consumers.

- Create custom classification rules for sensitive data (PII, PCI, PHI).

- Apply and manage Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels and policies.

- Integrate with Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) for DLP.

- Manage business glossary in collaboration with domain owners and stewards.

- Implement approval workflows and term governance.

- Conduct audits for glossary and metadata quality and consistency.

- Automate Purview operations using :

- PowerShell, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST APIs

- Build pipelines for dynamic source registration and scanning.

- Automate tagging, lineage, and glossary term mapping.

- Enable operational insights using Power BI, Synapse Link, Azure Monitor, and governance APIs.

We are looking for a passionate Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our product and customers. You’ll work closely with the sales and product teams to help prospects understand the value of Astuto.ai’s Cloud Cost Optimization and FinOps platform, and guide them through technical evaluations, demos, and solution design.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compelling demos and POCs tailored to customer environments.
• Translate customer pain points into product solutions and value articulation.

The consultant will be accountable for technical writing for business proposals and managing large and complex proposals as projects.
