Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement processes to deeply understand the client’s business as well as to onboard them such that they integrate Grexa into their daily operations confidently.
• Continuously monitor client engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization, proactively intervening to enhance platform adoption and satisfaction.
• Act as the strategic bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless resolution of operational needs while driving continuous improvement.
• Champion the voice of the client by collecting rich feedback and delivering it as actionable insights to influence product development and service innovation.
• Strategically identify growth opportunities among clients, advising clients on how to unlock more value through advanced features and tailored solutions.
• Own the client journey end-to-end such that Grexa’s renewal and revenue expansion objectives are met.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of work experience in Program Management, Operations, or Growth roles etc
• Experience in designing and scaling operational processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and delivering results.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and outcomes-driven — someone who can solve on-ground problems in real time
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic tech tools like CRM systems, Excel, WhatsApp APIs, marketing tools, etc.

Role Overview

The SDR will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales head in moving prospects through the funnel. This is an entry to junior-level sales role with structured growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify new client prospects from the UAE, GCC, and Indian markets (focus on SMEs).
• Execute LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold calls to generate appointments.
• Qualify leads based on business size, industry, and requirements.
• Schedule demos and meetings for the Sales Head/CEO.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in the CRM.
• Support in preparing outreach reports, sales decks, and client follow-ups.
• Achieve weekly and monthly activity targets (number of outreaches, demos booked, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months –2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory).
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, cold calling, and writing outreach emails.
• Persistent, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Basic understanding of CRM, SaaS, or IT services is preferred (training will be provided).

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with: Git version control system, Scrum software development methodology, and basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with customers.
• Adaptability: Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Internship/Project Experience: Previous internship experience or project work related to software development is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with back-end frameworks (e.g., Spring, Node.js, Django).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
