Job Description-

Wissen Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and curious Data Analyst to support our global data initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources to support security operations and reporting.

· Build and maintain basic dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

· Support data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

· Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

· Document data sources, definitions, and reporting processes.

· Help automate recurring reports and streamline manual data tasks.

· Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions around data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.

· Basic proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

· Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

· Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

· Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

· Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data manipulation.

· Exposure to Python or R for data analysis.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

· Interest in security operations or risk-related data is a plus.

About the team & role

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries, issues, and requests. Your role is critical in delivering a seamless support experience, maintaining customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships. You will utilize problem-solving skills, empathy, and product knowledge to provide solutions that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Resolve customer queries on using the product with the help of relevant FAQs, video demos and blog posts across channels

• Work in coordination with the support teams of our partners to ensure quick resolutions 

• Document any feedback received from the customers for review by the product team at a later stage

• Label the queries we receive from customers under different tags to understand what drives support traffic

• Identify and resolve pain points for end-users in coordination with the rest of the Customer Experience team.

• Track relevant support metrics and prepare reports for the purpose of quality assessment

Job Description: Sales Engineer

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for electrical equipment

in industrial and commercial sectors.

2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and

referral business.

3. Understand customer technical requirements and provide appropriate

product solutions.

4. Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations to close sales

effectively.

5. Coordinate with the technical and service teams for installation and after-

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Use C++ and modern programming technologies to provide creative, thorough, and practical solutions to a wide range of technical problems.
• Analyse and contribute to system and subsystem requirements specifications and design definitions.
• Design, develop, and test applications and programs to support the company’s telecom and backend systems.

Job Description: React JS Developer (8+ years) with Strong Next JS Experience

Location: Remote/Gurgaon (GGN)

Shift: 5:30 pm to 2:30 am

Maximum Budget: 15 LPA

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced React JS Developer with a strong background in Next JS. As a React JS Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality web applications using React JS and Next JS frameworks. This is a remote position with an option to work from our office in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive web applications using React JS and Next JS frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
