About the Role

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with healthcare industry experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining healthcare applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain healthcare applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET

Design and implement database structures for healthcare data using SQL Server

Integrate with healthcare systems and standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, etc.)

Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security in all applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers

Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

Stay current with emerging technologies and healthcare IT trends

Requirements

3-5 years of professional experience in .NET development

Proven experience developing healthcare applications

Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework

Experience with SQL Server and database design

Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM)

Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements

Experience with frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular or React)

Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud services

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with healthcare EHR/EMR systems

Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare workflows

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Certifications in Microsoft technologies or healthcare IT

Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage multi-complexity projects.

• Accountable for the overall delivery of the product/application - ensuring the quality of code and committing to the timelines.

• Lead a software engineering team, provide technical coaching, mentor teammates and manage project timelines.

• Build an elegant and maintainable Web Application using Node, JavaScript (Typescript), Angular2+, Redux, ngrx and related technologies.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing web applications.

• Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in managing development projects and leading a team of successful software engineers.

• Very strong Full stack development and Architecture experience using Microservices Architecture, UI/UX, CI/CD, Design Patterns & Cloud Platform enablement.

• Experience designing, developing and supporting REST services.

• Practitioner of unit testing, data structuring, profiling, performance tuning and debugging.

• Ability to deal with ambiguities effectively (Technology, People, Process, or Partner).
