SCOPE OF WORK:
Research and Analysis:
- Stay ahead of platform updates and trends; integrate innovations into strategy
- Drive keyword strategy and restructure accounts to unlock scalable growth
- Lead cross-channel campaign optimization using platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and GA4 to improve ROI
- Analyze and interpret conversion and attribution data to deriveactionable strategic insights
- Ability to create strategies and budget forecasts
Communication:
- Coordinate with team Sweden on project performance, timelines and results to design growth-driven strategies
- Partner with internal teams to address performance challenges
- Deliver projects on time, meeting weekly and monthly deadlines
Strategy & Execution:
- Lead paid media initiatives to drive conversions and revenue using omnichannel strategies, capitalizing on AI for optimization
- Optimize campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Take ownership of campaigns end-to-end to ensure KPIs and Goals are met
- Continuously refine team processes and automate repetitive tasks to drive efficiency and scalability
Reporting
- Create performance reports using Google Slides/other dashboards, and review them with clients
- Present key strategies and insights to Client Success Managers and clients
- Consider key performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, & ROAS for creating and conveying detailed inferences in monthly, quarterly & yearly reports

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 experience hands on experience with Google Ads
- Strong domain expertise in paid media, including strategy, execution, and analytics
- Skilled in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to enhance campaign efficiency and decision-making
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and performance tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in any field; a Master’s degree is a plus

Job Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 2.5 to 3.5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and development.
