Role Summary

As the Tech Team Lead, you will lead a cross-functional engineering squad (Flutter, Backend, QA, and occasionally Data) to deliver secure, scalable product features on predictable timelines. You’ll mentor engineers, improve engineering practices, and collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to ship impactful, user-centric experiences.
