Executive Support:

·         Manage and optimize the Directors complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and key events.

·         Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and presentations for meetings.

·         Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

·         Coordinate and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, documents) for the Director.

Project & Office Management:

·         Oversee key projects and initiatives on behalf of the Director.

·         Manage workflows and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.

·         Lead and mentor junior administrative staff and executive assistants.

Stakeholder Engagement:

·         Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

·         Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.

·         Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.

Event & Travel Coordination:

·         Arrange complex travel itineraries, including visas, accommodations, and logistics.

Strategic Support:

·         Assist in preparing strategic documents, reports.

·         Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.

·         Anticipate the Directors needs and proactively manage tasks and issues.

·         Play as a role of CRM to maintain the good relationship with the existing clients.

Job Description

For new a project, we are seeking a talented requirement in engineer with testing abilities to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle the definition and quality assurance of requirements for various procedures, including bug fixing, maintenance of existing components, functional or technical enhancements (change requests). The project is about to create a global solution for payroll validation processes related to customer payments. It involves data from various systems, leading to complexity. Currently, manual work is time-consuming and error prone. Your responsibilities will include collecting and documenting requirements from, transforming the results to developable epics and user stories and defining test cases for ensuring a correct implementation. 

Responsibilities:

Requirements Engineering:

Define and adjust requirements.

Document requirements.

Manage requirements.

Testing:

Create test concepts.

Develop test cases for system testing and, if necessary, for UAT (User Acceptance Test).

Prepare and create test data for system testing and UAT.

Execute tests and document results.

Report to project management or the customer’s contact person.

Defects Management:

Manage defects in JIRA/XRay.

Independently plan and initiate retest activities based on defect status.

Establish and ensure the centrally defined defect process for the listed procedures.

Perform manual regression tests after the release of a new version on the test system.

Document test execution.

Regularly review and adjust regression test cases (test data, test scripts, expected results).

Test Automation:

Create test cases for test automation.

Develop test data for test automation.

Define machine-executable test scenarios using test frameworks.

Coordinate and plan test strategies.

Plan test resources.

Monitor test execution.

Report to project management.

Create automated test cases using, following internal development guidelines and the internal automation framework.

Integrate created test cases into JIRA/XRay.

Ensure documentation of tests.

Maintain scripts within a project/regular operation.

Ensure robust automated test execution.

Use components for dynamic test data generation.

Maximize modularization and reusability of code/components.

Execute automated test cases after the deployment of a new release as specified by the project.

Document test execution as required by the project.

Communicate test results to the customer’s contact person.

Requirements:

Proficiency in test methodology, ideally ISTQB certified (Advanced).

Proficiency in requirements engineering, ideally IREB certified (Advanced).

Strong analytical skills and good abstraction ability (Advanced).

Result-, goal-, and service-oriented work approach (Advanced).

Independent working style, adherence to deadlines (Advanced).

Fluency in both technical and business languages (Advanced).

Understanding of IT interfaces (technologies, data transfer e.g., Web Service, File) (Basic).

Knowledge of IT security and data protection concerning IT applications and documents (Advanced).

Experience with system and integration tests as well as regression test concepts (Advanced).

Experience in agile processes (Basic).

Expertise in Micro Focus UFT framework (UFT Developer) or Playwright (Advanced).

• Mandatory - Hands on experience in Python and PySpark.

• Build pySpark applications using Spark Dataframes in Python using Jupyter notebook and PyCharm(IDE).

• Worked on optimizing spark jobs that processes huge volumes of data.

• Hands on experience in version control tools like Git.

• Worked on Amazon’s Analytics services like Amazon EMR, Lambda function etc

• Worked on Amazon’s Compute services like Amazon Lambda, Amazon EC2 and Amazon’s Storage service like S3 and few other services like SNS.

• Experience/knowledge of bash/shell scripting will be a plus.

• Experience in working with fixed width, delimited , multi record file formats etc.

• Hands on experience in tools like Jenkins to build, test and deploy the applications

• Awareness of Devops concepts and be able to work in an automated release pipeline environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel potential students to help them understand our various courses and make better learning choices.

• Conduct detailed profiling of the learner to understand the student career aspirations and learning ability and pitch the right program

• Managing the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned. This will include understanding the lead profile, identifying the need, pitching the right course, sales closing, and post sales relationship management.

• Execute prompt inquiries, follow-ups with leads through phone and emails.

• Build sales pipeline/opportunities to achieve the assigned targets

• Fee tracking and follow up.

• Adhere to sales process, productivity, and quality parameters.

• Increase individual conversions • Generate leads through referrals & improve conversion

• Generate leads through referrals & improve conversions on those leads

Skill Requirements

• 1-5 years of total experience and 1-3 years of core sales/ student counseling experience.

• Should have completed graduation/post-graduation

• Should have experience working on CRM

• Should have good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook. He/she should be adept in excel • Should be a quick learner and should be able to multitask.

• Should be willing to work on our regular shift (10 am – 7 pm)

• Should be willing to work on weekends on a rotation basis

• Preferences will be given to candidates from technology/Edu-tech sales background

• Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written) and be able to persuade interested prospects.

Ability to understand aspirations of learners and offer expert career advice, drive to exceed assigned targets.
