Job Summary: 

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Desktop Publishing (DTP) Operator to 

join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and formatting a 

variety of documents using tools such as Corel Draw, Microsoft Word, and 

Photoshop. The DTP Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the visual appeal, 

accuracy, and overall quality of our publications. 

Key Responsibilities: 

* Corel Draw Expertise: 

* Create high-quality diagrams, illustrations, and graphics using Corel Draw. 

* Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards in all graphical 

elements. 

* Mathtype Equations: 

* Proficiently set mathematical equations using Mathtype for inclusion in 

documents. 

* Ensure accurate rendering and formatting of mathematical content. 

* Microsoft Word Typesetting and Formatting: 

* Typeset and format documents in Microsoft Word, paying close attention to 

layout, fonts, and overall visual aesthetics. 

* Expertise in formatting and styling Word documents, including tables, 

headers, footers, and overall document structure. 

* Ensure documents are consistent with established formatting guidelines. 

* Collaborate with content creators to ensure the integration of text and 

graphics is seamless. 

* PowerPoint Presentation (PPT) Preparation: 

* Develop visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey 

information. 

* Incorporate graphics, charts, and multimedia elements to enhance 

presentation quality. 

* Basic Knowledge of InDesign, PageMaker, and Photoshop: 

* Possess a foundational understanding of InDesign, PageMaker, and 

Photoshop for basic tasks and troubleshooting. 

* Collaborate with the design team for more advanced projects. 

* Quality Assurance: 

* Conduct thorough quality checks to identify and rectify any document errors 

or inconsistencies. 

* Maintain high standards of accuracy and visual appeal. 

Qualifications: 

* Proven experience as a Desktop Publishing (DTP) Operator or similar role. 

* Proficient in Corel Draw, Mathtype, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, InDesign, 

PageMaker, and Photoshop. 

* Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics. 

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

* Basic understanding of mathematical content and equations. 

* Familiarity with publication standards and guidelines. 

Education: 

Any bachelor's degree, degree/diploma/course in Graphic Design, Publishing, or a 

related field is preferred.

Position Overview:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our product team as an Associate Product Manager (APM) or Product Manager (PM). The exact designation will be determined based on your performance during the interview process.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our product roadmap as we transition from a WhatsApp-centric approach to a true omnichannel strategy. You will contribute to driving product initiatives across marketing, support & AI verticals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for our customers.

B. Aims & Goals:

You are required to work with all departments at Pelican to implement, enhance and improve ISMS, GDPR and ISAE 3402 processes. You will also be closely working with external auditor as well as top management for status and reporting.

C. Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities include:  Assist in audit planning, including the identification of processes for audit review.   Execute internal audit assignments for all locations in India, US, UK and NL. Review the effectiveness of the controls.   Identify and document audit issues and opportunities for improvement.  Prepare the audit report for internal audit assignments and discuss audit findings with senior management.   Monitor and maintain the CAPA program. Assist with follow up corrective actions and oversee timely completion.  Facilitate independent audit engagements on behalf of the company.  Assist to develop and implement process improvements and best practices across the business unit. Review policies and procedures for all areas of the business.  Develop new policies and procedures as directed or required, to improve and to collect and analyse data for review with internal stakeholders.  Take responsibility for the management and execution of internal audit assignments, production of audit reports and management of follow up actions  Involved with working across all areas of the business to ensure that processes are documented and compliant to the company’s requirements.
