Mandatory Skills : Python, Web3 (web3.py/ethers), smart contract interaction, real-time APIs/WebSockets, Git/Docker, security handling.

Responsibilities :

• Build and optimize Web3-based applications & integrations using Python.
• Interact with smart contracts and manage on-chain/off-chain data flows.
• Ensure secure key management, scalability, and performance.
• (Optional) Develop and enhance automated trading bots & strategies.

Required Skills :

• Strong experience in Python development.
• Proficiency in Web3 (web3.py/ethers) and smart contract interaction.
• Hands-on with real-time APIs, WebSockets, Git/Docker.
• Knowledge of security handling & key management.
• (Optional) Trading bot development, CEX/DEX APIs, backtesting (pandas/numpy).

Job Purpose

• This is to manage risks for LOBTs acting as Line 1 risk manager

Key Accountabilities

• Assist Line of Business Technology in managing technology and operational risks
• Drive and ensure regulatory compliance for the LOBT
• Liaise and co-ordinate audit activities involving the LOBT
• Issue & Action management for LOBT including is impacted (across external and internal audits and reviews and excluding IT Information Security) and action planning.
• Engagement across Technology verticals, Operations, Business, Compliance to prioritize, plan, act, prove, close all open findings within committed timelines.
• Scan regulatory requirements, circulars to ensure forward planning and execution for compliance. This includes Singapore and India regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, maintain and conduct control testing for units Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSAs)
• Outsourcing Risk assessment for the LOBT
• Monitor risk issues and incidents for LOBT

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders within and outside bank, including at Group level to have a comprehensive view of all Technology Risks.
• Engage with Technology verticals and others as appropriate within bank to progress on closure of all open points.
• Engage with Compliance, understand the regulatory requirements at country and group level, and add these to the action points which Technology must ensure.
• Early identification of execution challenges in risk mitigation actions and being an effective catalyst with Technology teams and seniors to resolve bottlenecks such as cost or resource approvals, conflicting priorities.
• Risk assessment for LOBT covering partners, external environment and identify potential risks such as relating to scale-preparedness, DR & BCP support for the organization, code quality in terms of testing and deployment governance.
• Regular updates as per agreed rhythm, and fronting dialogues with stakeholders/LOBT, to highlight process on Risk Management and Risk Mitigation.
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure awareness of Technology Risk within the Banking India Technology Team, and partner for this awareness across India.
• Liase with Line of Business Risk in the region and co-ordinate efforts for the LOBT landscape used by India.

• Under limited supervision, oversee the design, purchase, installation, and support of network communications and services for customers, including LAN/WAN/SD-WAN services in central and remote offices (requires thorough knowledge of LAN/WAN/SD-WAN systems, networks, and applications).
• Provide technical and procedural direction for the actual implementation of the infrastructure, as well as interface with internal users, development personnel, and other technical staff to understand and meet their requirements.
• Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and DNS\DHCP\IPAM solutions.
• Ensures business continuity in the appropriate technology by ensuring systems are configured appropriately in order to optimize performance and to initiate recovery action after system failures.
• Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation.
• Configuring firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security.
• Work within a large global team and at times, work after hours and on weekends.
• Work with various networking tools, equipment, and processes.
• Perform third-level support, investigating and addressing faults in the network.
• May be responsible for evaluating current network systems performance and trending.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree and/or technical training/certifications (Cisco certifications).
• 5+ years experience in network implementation and operations.
• 5+ years experience working with enterprise Ethernet, VLANs, QoS, routing, switching, and IP addressing.
• Experience working with carrier technologies including MPLS, SDWAN, Ethernet, P2P, and Internet for systems interconnectivity.
• After-hours and weekend work will be required, including participation in the department on-call rotation.
• The candidate needs to be skilled in the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of network incidents.
• ITIL familiarization is desired (Incident/Problem/Change/Configuration Management).
• Palo Alto firewall and F5 BigIP load balancer experience.
• BlueCat DNS\DHCP\IPAM experience.
• Experience with Cisco ASR routers and IPSEC tunnels.
• Excellent communication skills and experience effectively communicating with technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated efficient and effective use of problem-solving and task prioritization to solve complex network challenges
• Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations (CCVP, CCNP, CCIE)
