Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end design of the consumer app as we try to reinvent an exciting category from first principles, working closely with the Founders and Engineers
- Additional opportunity to work on brand & marketing design across the product lifecycle
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience for a consumer app (academic projects not counted).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Degree in Design a bonus.
Technical Support Operations
- Infrastructure support and escalation management
- Effective management of infrastructure
- Proactive maintenance of Infrastructure at branches and HO
- Timely closure of tickets with in SLA
- Maintaining 100% uptime of Network.
- Proactive monitoring maintenance of network and Internet bandwidth

Qualifications:
- 3 + years of overall experience in IT Infrastructure domain.
- Degree in Computer Sciences / IT or equivalent

Roles and Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, testing and deployment of the virtual desktop infrastructure
- Facilitating the transition of the VDI solution to Operations, providing operational and end user support when required.
- Acting as the single point of contact for all technical engagements on the VDI infrastructure.
- Creation of documented standard processes and procedures for all aspects of VDI infrastructure, administration and management.
- Working with the vendor in assessing the VDI infrastructure architecture from a deployment, performance, security and compliance perspective.
Knowledge around security best practices and understanding of vulnerability assessments.
- Providing mentoring and guidance to other VDI Administrators.
