Key Responsibilities:

• School sales : Primary responsibility is to sell to schools and bring them onboard

o Tie up with schools and onboard them so that we can offer the company's plan to

the parents in the school

o Negotiate and get into commercial agreements with schools

o Upsell our other payment products in the schools

• Stakeholder Management in Schools:

o Enable the company to liaison with the schools tied up with, for close to

everything from meeting the parents, doing events etc.

o Forge a strong relationship with the school management and principal

and be their first port of call on anything to do with finances

• Team Building- Build a high quality sales team and lead it in that city.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Facilities Engineer to oversee all aspects of building functions and guarantee the safety and functionality of all facilities. Duties include working with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising facilities staff. The Facilities Engineer will ensure that our facilities are safe, functional, and efficient while also adhering to the government regulations. The ideal applicant will be well-versed in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and have previous building management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the construction of new facilities, ensuring they are functional, efficient, and safe.

• Manage and supervise facility maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.

• Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and sustainability and implement solutions as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, as well as expenses.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facilities and equipment.

• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Understand Customer Operations Tech Stack. What platforms are they using for CRM, Support, Billing, Analytics, etc) 
• Handhold customer in syncing all the data sources with CSB. Many of which are pre build native integrations which are activated by a simple click through flow. 
• Devising smart engineering solutions for each customer's unique enterprise stack (CRM/Billing/Support/Analytics).
• You will get opportunities to learn & develop on different technologies and platforms. 
• Understand the business requirement as to prioritize data sources and objects.
• Conduct workshops with customers to break the requirement in smaller & achievable format.
• Create an implementation framework to capture and decide what are all the data that is required
