Key Requirements :

• 5+ Years of experience with UiPath RPA (Studio and Orchestrator) as an end-to-end automation developer.
• UiPath Professional Developer or Solutions Architect certification.
• Strong expertise in Agile project delivery methods and tools.
• Advanced skills in web scraping (e.g., Computer Vision, OCR) and API integrations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients for requirement gathering and process analysis.
• Lead end-to-end RPA solution design, development, and delivery.
• Configure, test, and deploy integrations with internal and external databases.
• Develop and maintain documentation (e.g., PDD, SDD).
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Ensure best practices (e.g., RE framework, naming conventions).
• Guide UiPath Orchestrator integration and deployment.
• Manage source code repositories (GIT) and REST API usage.
• Provide support for user testing, issue resolution, and customer relationship teams.

The Junior Executive – Billing plays a supporting role in the Commercial Department, assisting in basic billing documentation, logsheet collation, cheque deposit coordination, and data upkeep. The role ensures foundational billing tasks are completed timely and helps maintain clean records to support the department’s overall monthly billing targets.

• Familiar with Excel, PDF editing, and scanning

• Basic knowledge of GST, billing terminology

• Good discipline in documentation and communication (English or Hindi)

🔧 Key Responsibilities

📑 Billing Support & Documentation

1. Assist in collecting data and log sheets from internal teams

2. Help prepare basic RA/proforma invoices as per format

3. Print, scan, and file billing copies (soft & hard copy)

4. Courier or hand over bills via office boys for submission

📋 Log sheet & Record Keeping

1. Update and maintain log sheet records in Excel

2. Help prepare deduction templates for operator and breakdown

3. Assist in preparing billing compliance folders and GRNs

🧾 Cheque Coordination & Deposit

1. Collect cheques from admin team or site

2. Ensure timely deposit in bank or handover to accounts team

3. Maintain daily tracker of cheque pickup/deposit

📊 Reporting & Follow-up

1. Submit daily task update on group by EOD

2. Report pending work or delays to Executive / Sr. Executive – Billing

3. Keep records ready for audit and HOD reviews

The Sales Associate is responsible for reaching out to potential leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email to generate sales opportunities. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong communication skills and a goal-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: - Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential leads within the target market. - Create and maintain a list of leads with detailed information for further engagement.

2. Messaging on LinkedIn Sales Navigator: - Craft personalized and compelling messages to initiate conversations with leads. - Engage with leads by showcasing the value of the company's products or services. - Establish and maintain professional and meaningful connections on LinkedIn.

3. Email Outreach: - Develop effective email templates and messaging strategies to contact leads. - Send personalized emails to leads, introducing the company's offerings and benefits. - Follow up with email communications to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.

4. Lead Qualification: - Gather essential information from leads to determine their level of interest and potential as sales prospects. - Assess and categorize leads based on predefined criteria.

5. Data Management: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads. - Keep track of response rates and lead progress, providing regular reports to the sales team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience (4 years) as an RPA Developer.

Strong experience with RPA tool such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, or VBScript.

Familiarity with process analysis, design, and improvement.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies.

Good understanding of .Net technology stack and Excel Macros.

Experience in Design, Development, Test and Support in line with client needs and architectural requirements.

Hands-on experience in Automating Web interfaces, desktop application interfaces, Citrix interfaces, API, Building Custom codes and Mainframes.

Understanding client requirements and preparing required documents (PDD, SDD, BRD...)

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and project managers to gather requirements and understand business processes for automation.

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-standard RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Analyze, optimize, and document existing business processes for automation feasibility and improvement opportunities.

Develop automation workflows, scripts, and routines that are efficient, reliable, and maintainable.

Implement error handling and exception handling mechanisms to ensure the robustness of automation solutions.

Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality of the developed automation solutions.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed automation solutions.

·      Capable of independently creating 2D/UI graphics and animations and integrating them in Unity

·      Participating in art reviews and being receptive to feedback and art direction

·      Troubleshooting any art issues from a creative & technical standpoint

·      Creating Mood boards, Style guides, Art guidelines & other necessary documentation

Strong 2D skills, but a mastery of showing ideas, and sketching out and clearly communicating a wide range of possibilities.
