Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder management, particularly in the US Healthcare payer domain.

Mandatory Skills :

Business Analysis, US Healthcare Payer Domain, Requirement Gathering, User Stories, Gap & Impact Analysis, Azure DevOps/TFS, SQL, UML Modeling, SDLC/STLC, System Testing, UAT, Strong Communication Skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and understand complex business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed User Stories, functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessment for new and existing product features.
• Create detailed documentation including scope, project plans, and secure stakeholder approvals.
• Support System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from a functional perspective.
• Prepare and maintain release notes, end-user documentation, training materials, and process flows.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Assist with sprint planning, user story tracking, and status updates using Azure DevOps / TFS.
• Write and execute basic SQL queries for data validation and analysis.

Required Skills :

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Project Life Cycle, STLC, and UML modeling.
• Prior experience in US Healthcare payer domain is mandatory.
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps / TFS.
• Ability to work with urgency, manage priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong team collaboration and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold outreach, and networking platforms.
• Maintain and update the company’s CRM system with accurate lead information, communication history, and follow-up status.
• Track lead progress, conversions, and engagement metrics.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Support partnership-building and collaboration initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead generation.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking tools.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail (especially for CRM management).
• Ability to track and report outreach performance metrics.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supporting the customer through an email ticketing system, live chat and phone calls to resolve customer queries
• To help solve customer problems and issues maintaining SLAs Troubleshooting technical issues and communicating back to the customer
• Should be able to customers get to the root of their problems quickly.
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
• Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.
• Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Produce periodic reports of technical support operations to company management.
• Using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
• Raising tickets to the technical team as and when required to solve technical issues
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams like development and QA teams
• Creating support manuals for end uses for step by step guide for the features

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the product team to identify research questions.
• Plan and conduct interviews, user surveys, card sorting, and usability tests to understand user needs and find relevant solutions
• Help define and refine user personas.
• Present and communicate insights in order to help shape long-term product strategy.
• Create use cases and flow diagrams, and define information hierarchies.
• Write compelling, user-friendly copy that guides the user and embodies the voice of the brand.
• Design and prototype elegant interactive solutions.
• Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand's style or voice through its visual touchpoints.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to translate design appropriately.
• Provide support by participating in creative decision-making.

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of experience as a UI-UX Designer or a similar role.
• Bachelor's, associate's, or relevant program degree in design or art-related field.
• Portfolio of high-quality work and project samples.
• Mastery of foundational design concepts and visual principles, especially for the digital world.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design/CAD software like Adobe XD, InVision, Sketch/Illustrator/Affinity, Photoshop, Figma, etc.
