What we're looking for

3 to 7 years of experience, with meaningful time in a product or solutions role.

Strong track record of client-facing delivery: you have run implementations or deployments for large enterprise customers, not just written specs internally.

Comfortable getting hands-on. You can read an API doc, model a data flow, write SQL, and reason about system integrations. Coding is a plus, not a requirement.

You can hold a room of enterprise stakeholders and drive a decision.

Experience with workflow automation, iPaaS, low-code platforms, CRM/ERP/ITSM ecosystems, or LLM and agentic AI systems.

Bias to build. You are comfortable with ambiguity and a scope that changes as you learn.

Willing to travel to customer sites and to work on-site in Gurugram.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Business Analyst is responsible for working with stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs and to develop and support in implementing solutions that support the organization's goals. The role involves gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends and patterns, and creating detailed business requirements for new or improved systems, processes, and products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent academic record – B.E./B.Tech IT, CSE/ MCA along with MBA (preferred).
• 3-6 years of experience

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for working with stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs and to develop and support in implementing solutions.
• Ability to use data processing tools for data transformation. Gathering and Analyzing data, identifying trends and patterns
• Develop detailed business requirements for new or improved systems, processes, and products while you collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
• Monitor and report on the progress of projects along with managing testing and deployment. Also provide training and support to end users.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
• Aim to align your knowledge against BABoK and certification aspirations (ECBA, CCBA or CBAP)

COMPETENCIES:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Good Understanding of project management skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

All roles at Byteridge are Work from Home except in cases where Clients may ask you to work at their location or in cases where performance issues are identified. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Operations Manager to lead both pre- and post-sales processes for our Counselling as a Service (CaaS) business line. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between clients, internal teams, and our career counselors' community. You will act as the bridge between sales execution, operational delivery, and client success.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 CaaS Sales (Pre-Sales & Closures):

• Drive end-to-end sales cycles – from client engagement, need identification, proposal creation to closure

• Collaborate with the Business Development team to convert qualified leads into long-term partnerships

• Understand client objectives and map offerings to deliver tailored career guidance solutions

🔹 CaaS Post-Sales Operations:

• Lead client onboarding and post-sales documentation

• Coordinate deployment of career guidance product for individual counsellors

• Monitor program delivery, timelines, and quality of service

🔹 Tech & Cross-functional Liaison:

• Coordinate with the tech team for deployment, issue resolution, and feature feedback

• Act as the SPOC between client expectations and internal teams (content, tech, counselor engagement)

🔹 Counselor Engagement:

• Work closely with the Community Manager to onboard, brief, and align counselors for specific client engagements

• Track counselor performance, share feedback loops, and build a culture of responsiveness.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales and Operations roles, preferably in edtech or services industries

• Strong project management and multi-stakeholder coordination skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment

• Experience with CRM tools, Excel/Sheets, and basic tech ticketing systems

Nice to Have

• Exposure to career guidance, education, or school/college ecosystem

• Prior experience managing freelance/contractual teams or communities

What essential skills you need
