Job Title: Junior Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Junior Accounts Executive to support accounting

operations, MIS reporting, and project financial tracking. The role involves handling daily

accounting tasks, monitoring project expenses, and ensuring proper documentation and

compliance.

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare and maintain MIS reports on a regular basis

 Pass Tally entries (purchase, sales, journal, payments, receipts)

 Track and monitor project-wise expenses and payments

 Analyze and report Budget vs Actual expenses

 Perform document checking and verification

 Coordinate with CA for utilization certificates and financial documentation

 Prepare and maintain vouchers and proper filing system

 Conduct physical site visits/checking for verification when required

 Ensure statutory compliance and proper documentation

 Coordinate with internal teams for accounts and project updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

 1 – 2 years of experience in accounting

 Working knowledge of Tally ERP

 Basic understanding of MIS reporting and budgeting

 Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements

 Good knowledge of MS Excel

 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Willingness to visit project sites when required

 Good coordination and communication skills

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

UX Designer (TPC)

Responsibilities

● Collaborate - Upholding CXD process, collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions.

● Craft - Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction, design ideas and building application UI toolkits.

● Construct - Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

● Concentrate - Demonstrating attention to detail and problem-solving skills along with paying careful attention to staying on-brand.

● Convince - Presenting and articulating designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

● A well-curated online and/or print portfolio/case study demonstrating UX/UI design skills, curiosity, positive attitude and strong drive to learn from a fast paced environment.

● Proven UX/UI design experience for multiple platforms including desktop, mobile, tablet.

● Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Additionally experience in data informed and customer centric approach to design is key.

● Solid experience in creating wireframes, prototype, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.

● Proficiency in simplifying complex information through end-to-end experiences designs while co-creating with all the senior designers for smooth implementation.

● Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, tools, techniques, and technologies and their role in a commercial environment

● 4-7 years of relevant experience with a B. DeS/M. DeS in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related is an advantage.

● General understanding of the front-end development process, including HTML and CSS.

● Ability to speak fluent English is a must. Demonstrable proficiency in presenting your designs and selling your solutions to various stakeholders through clear communication is key.

Skillset

Angular, React/Redux (or Similar Technology)

Node.js

RESTfull API integration

Experience working with Docker and containerized applications

Experience working with Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools

Knowledge and understanding of working in AWS environments

Experience in full-stack development (with a passion)

RDBMS and Document Database

Experience with Agile/Scrum Development Methodology

Exposure to Continues Integration (CI/ CD) Devops, AWS

Version control systems like Git/ TFS

Experience creating PowerPoint slide decks and along with that experience in automating the PowerPoint slide creation using excel VBA Formats extracted data based on expected report output with batching capability and multiple data formatting requirements Consolidate and combine extracted data from multiple resources using automated tools excel, VBA macro, SQL database, and/or from different system/tools/Database in one single database using SQL queries to standardize data structure

Professional Attributes :
Gathers and analyse report requirements from stakeholders Identify the processing tool Excel / SQL and provide a robust solution which can be easily leveraged or extended to other domains Building complex VBA scripts to automate Excel spreadsheet processes
