Job Overview :

We are hiring Data / Generative AI Engineers for remote contract engagements supporting client-facing AI implementations. The role involves building production-grade Generative AI solutions on AWS, including conversational AI systems, RAG-based architectures, intelligent automation platforms, and scalable data engineering pipelines.

Mandatory Skills :

Amazon Bedrock, Generative AI, RAG Architecture, LangChain/LlamaIndex/Bedrock Agents, Python (3.9+), AWS Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions), Vector Databases, Data Engineering & ETL, AWS Glue, Amazon Athena.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and build production-ready Generative AI applications on AWS.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise AI solutions.
• Integrate Amazon Bedrock with foundation models and enterprise systems.
• Develop AI agent orchestration workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Bedrock Agents.
• Build and manage serverless architectures using AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions.
• Implement vector databases and semantic search solutions for intelligent knowledge retrieval.
• Design and maintain data engineering pipelines and ETL workflows for large-scale data processing.
• Use AWS Glue for data transformation and orchestration.
• Utilize Amazon Athena for querying large datasets and performing analytics.
• Develop scalable Python-based APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver AI-powered solutions in production environments.

Required Skills :

• Strong experience with Amazon Bedrock and foundation model integrations
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Bedrock Agents
• Advanced Python (3.9+) development and API building
• Experience with AWS serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions)
• Experience implementing vector databases and semantic search systems
• Strong knowledge of data engineering and ETL pipeline development
• Hands-on experience with AWS Glue for data transformation and orchestration

Engagement Details :

• Contract Duration : Minimum 3 to 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing front desk operations and visitor handling

• Supporting office administration and vendor coordination

• Tracking attendance and maintaining employee documentation

• Coordinating travel bookings and schedules

• Handling courier and dispatch management

• Supporting onboarding and reimbursement records

• Assisting with payroll-related admin tasks using Excel

 Language Requirement:

• English and Kannada are mandatory

• Hindi will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, product demos, and brand storytelling
• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content
• Apply modern editing styles including jump cuts, transitions, sound design, captions, and trending formats
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to understand project requirements
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, ads, etc.)
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing styles, and tools
• Ensure quick turnaround time while maintaining quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in video editing and motion design
• Strong portfolio showcasing new-gen, trendy, and engaging edits (MANDATORY)
• Proficiency in tools such as: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve (optional)
• Strong understanding of Visual storytelling, Color grading, Sound design, Typography and motion graphics
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Good to Have

• Experience with AI video tools and automation
• Knowledge of branding and digital marketing content
• Experience working with startups or fast-paced environments
• Basic understanding of UI/UX or design aesthetics

Primary Responsibilities

• Understand current state architecture, including pain points.
• Create and document future state architectural options to address specific issues or initiatives using Machine Learning.
• Innovate and scale architectural best practices around building and operating ML workloads by collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
• Develop CI/CD & ML pipelines that help to achieve end-to-end ML model development lifecycle from data preparation and feature engineering to model deployment and retraining.
• Provide recommendations around security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency and implement them
• Provide thought leadership around the use of industry standard tools and models (including commercially available models and tools) by leveraging experience and current industry trends.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect, consulting partners and client IT team as warranted to establish and implement strategic initiatives.
• Make recommendations and assess proposals for optimization.
• Identify operational issues and recommend and implement strategies to resolve problems.

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience in developing CI/CD & ML pipelines for end-to-end ML model/workloads development
• Strong knowledge in ML operations and DevOps workflows and tools such as Git, AWS CodeBuild & CodePipeline, Jenkins, AWS CloudFormation, and others
• Background in ML algorithm development, AI/ML Platforms, Deep Learning, ML Operations in the cloud environment.
• Strong programming skillset with high proficiency in Python, R, etc.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud and its technologies such as S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue, SageMaker etc.
• Working knowledge of databases, data warehouses, data preparation and integration tools, along with big data parallel processing layers such as Apache Spark or Hadoop
• Knowledge of pure and applied math, ML and DL frameworks, and ML techniques, such as random forest and neural networks
• Ability to collaborate with Data scientist, Data Engineers, Leaders, and other IT teams
• Ability to work with multiple projects and work streams at one time. Must be able to deliver results based upon project deadlines.
• Willing to flex daily work schedule to allow for time-zone differences for global team communications

• Minimum 4 years of experience on Web Application development ADO.Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery
• Been on a Lead role and led a team of 3-5 people for a period of 2 years
• Must have a good exposure on query writing and DB management for writing stored procedures/ user-defined functions
• Should have a very good understanding of the project architecture

Secondary Skills

• Experience in analyzing existing code and debugging.
• Experience in developing the product
• Should have a solid understanding of the SDLC processes (Design, Construction, Testing, Deployment)
• Prior experience of working in AJAX, Crystal report, Infragistics grid and control
• Proven experience of delivering on-time and with quality
• Should have good unit testing skills to review his own development and identify all the defects and get it fixed before releasing the code

Desired Skills
