DevOps Systems Engineer with experience in Docker Containers, Docker Swarm, Docker Compose, Ansible, Jenkins and other tools. As part of this role she/he must work with the container best practices in design, development and implementation.

At Least 4 Years of experience in DevOps with knowledge of:

Skills:

Position Summary-

This role will support the customer implementation of a data quality and reliability product. The candidate is expected to install the product in the client environment, manage proof of concepts with prospects, and become a product expert and troubleshoot post installation, production issues. The role will have significant interaction with the client data engineering team and the candidate is expected to have good communication skills.

Required experience

1. 6-7 years experience providing engineering support to data domain/pipelines/data engineers.
2. Experience in troubleshooting data issues, analyzing end to end data pipelines and in working with users in resolving issues
3. Experience setting up enterprise security solutions including setting up active directories, firewalls, SSL certificates, Kerberos KDC servers, etc.
4. Basic understanding of SQL
5. Experience working with technologies like S3, Kubernetes experience preferred.
6. Databricks/Hadoop/Kafka experience preferred but not required

• Provision Dev Test Prod Infrastructure as code using IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
• Good knowledge on Terraform
• In-depth knowledge of security and IAM / Role Based Access Controls in Azure, management of Azure Application/Network Security Groups, Azure Policy, and Azure Management Groups and Subscriptions.
• Experience with Azure and GCP compute, storage and networking (we can also look for GCP )
• Experience in working with ADLS Gen2, Databricks and Synapse Workspace
• Experience supporting cloud development pipelines using Git, CI/CD tooling, Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code tooling as appropriate
• Configuration Management (e.g. Jenkins, Ansible, Git, etc...)
• General automation including Azure CLI, or Python, PowerShell and Bash scripting
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery models

We are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer that will help our team establish DevOps practice. You will work closely with the technical lead ( and/or CTO ) to identify and establish DevOps practices in the company.

You will help us build scalable, efficient cloud infrastructure. You’ll implement monitoring for automated system health checks. Lastly, you’ll build our CI pipeline, and train and guide the team in DevOps practices.

• Implement and own the CI.
• Manage CD tooling.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting.
• Build and maintain highly available production systems.
