DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure including VMs, App Services, AKS, Networking, and Storage
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep
• Build and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Deploy and manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters
• Automate configuration management and deployments
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
• Integrate security best practices (DevSecOps) within CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with development teams to improve build, release, and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Expertise in CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep)
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes/AKS)
• Knowledge of Git-based version control systems
• Experience with configuration management tools
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

About the Role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-

performance infrastructure for our next-generation healthcare platform. You will be

responsible for automation, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and system reliability,

ensuring seamless deployment and operations.

Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure & Cloud Management

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Implement containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices orchestration

• Optimize infrastructure cost, scalability, and performance

2. CI/CD & Automation

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation

• Implement GitOps practices for streamlined deployments

3. Security & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to ABDM, HIPAA, GDPR, and healthcare security standards

• Implement role-based access controls, encryption, and network security best

practices

• Conduct Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) and compliance

audits

4. Monitoring & Incident Management

• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK,

Datadog, etc.)

• Optimize system reliability and automate incident response mechanisms

• Improve MTTR (Mean Time to Recovery) and system uptime KPIs

5. Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Work closely with development and QA teams to streamline deployments

• Improve DevSecOps practices and cloud security policies

• Participate in architecture discussions and performance tuning

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation

• Hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes

• Proficiency in Docker and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.)

• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation

• Strong knowledge of Linux, shell scripting, and networking

• Experience with cloud security, monitoring, and logging solutions

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries

• Familiarity with serverless architectures and AI-driven infrastructure automation

• Knowledge of big data pipelines and analytics workflows

DevOps Systems Engineer with experience in Docker Containers, Docker Swarm, Docker Compose, Ansible, Jenkins and other tools. As part of this role she/he must work with the container best practices in design, development and implementation.

• Scripting & Programming using languages such as BASH, Perl, Python, AWK, SED, PHP, Shell
• Linux Systems Administration -: Redhat

As a DevOps Engineer, you :

- Will work collaboratively with the engineering and customer support teams to deploy and operate our systems. 

- Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations.

- Help automate and streamline our operations and processes. 

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our test and production environments. 

- Take control of various mandates and change management processes to ensure compliance for various certifications (PCI and ISO 27001 in particular) 

- Monitor and optimize the usage of various cloud services. 

- Setup and enforce CI/CD processes and practices

Skills required :

- Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, ELB, S3, SES, to name a few)

- Strong background in Linux/Unix administration and hardening 

- Experience with automation using Ansible, Terraform or equivalent 

- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools (Jenkins) 

- Experience with container related technologies (docker, lxc, rkt, docker swarm, kubernetes)

- Working understanding of code and script (Python, Perl, Ruby, Java)

- Working understanding of SQL and databases 

- Working understanding of version control system (GIT is preferred) 

- Managing IT operations, setting up best practices and tuning them from time-totime. 

- Ensuring that process overheads do not reduce the productivity and effectiveness of small team. - Willingness to explore and learn new technologies and continuously refactor thetools and processes.
