As part of Hyno’s expansion plans,Hyno, in partnership with Sparity, is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our software development processes, optimising system infrastructure, and ensuring the seamless deployment of applications. Position: DevOps Engineer

Experience: 5-7 years

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment, testing, and monitoring.
• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure using tools like AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
• Develop and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to automate the provisioning and management of resources.
• Constantly evaluate continuous integration and continuous deployment solutions as the industry evolves, and develop standardised best practices.
• Work closely with development teams to provide support and guidance in building applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
• Perform regular security assessments and implement best practices for securing the entire development and deployment pipeline.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployment, and application performance in a timely manner.
• Follow regulatory and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in the DevOps and cloud space, and proactively suggest improvements to current processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, system administration, or related roles.
• Solid understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including services like ECS, S3, RDS, and more.
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell..
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Experience with container (Docker, ECS, EKS), serverless (Lambda), and Virtual Machine (VMware, KVM) architectures.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, ELK stack, or Splunk.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Nice to Have:

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), etc.
• Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing.

Sr Enterprise Software Architect with Cloud skills and preferably having either a GCP Associate or Professional Certification.

The requirement is to understand existing Enterprise Applications and help design a solution to enable Load balancing & Auto Scaling the application to meet certain KPIs.

Should be well versed with

1. Designing and Deploying Large enterprise software in Cloud
2. Understands Cloud fundamentals
3. DevOps & Kubernetes
4. Experience deploying cloud applications and monitoring operations
5. Preferably Google Cloud
6. Associate or Professional Certification.

As a DevOps Engineer with experience in Kubernetes, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of DevOps engineers in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's infrastructure. You will work closely with software developers, system administrators, and other IT professionals to ensure that the organization's systems are efficient, reliable, and scalable. 

Specific responsibilities will include: 

• Leading the team in the development and implementation of automation and continuous delivery pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible. 
• Managing the organization's infrastructure using Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications. 

• Ensuring that the organization's systems are secure and compliant with industry standards. 
• Collaborating with software developers to design and implement infrastructure as code. 
• Providing mentorship and technical guidance to team members. 
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in collaboration with other IT professionals. 
• Participating in the development and maintenance of the organization's disaster recovery and incident response plans.

Position: DevOps Engineer

Job Description

The candidate should have the following Skills:

- Hands-on experience with DevOps & CICD open source tools (Jenkins, ), including AWS DevOps services (CodePipeline, CloudFormation, etc).

- Experience in building and deploying using Java/Python/Node.js on Cloud infrastructure (Docker or Kubernetes containers or Lambda.)

- Exposure to Cloud operations, releases, and configuration management

- Experience in implementing Non-functional requirements for microservices, including performance, security, compliance, HA and Disaster Recovery.

- Good soft skills, great attitude, and passion for working in a product startup environment

Total Experience of 2-5 years post BE or BTech or MCA in Computer Science Engineering.

As DevOps Engineer, you are responsible to setup and maintain GIT repository, DevOps tools like Jenkins, UCD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jfrog Artifactory, Cloud monitoring tools, Cloud security.

• Setup, configure, and maintain GIT repos, Jenkins, UCD, etc. for multi hosting cloud environments.
• Architect and maintain the server infrastructure in AWS. Build highly resilient infrastructure following industry best practices.
• Working on Docker images and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop and maintain the automation scripts using Ansible or other available tools.
• Maintain and monitor cloud Kubernetes Clusters and patching when necessary.
• Working on Cloud security tools to keep applications secured.
• Participate in software development lifecycle, specifically infra design, execution, and debugging required to achieve successful implementation of integrated solutions within the portfolio.
• Required Technical and Professional Expertise.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT industry.
• Expertise in implementing and managing Devops CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience in DevOps automation tools. And Very well versed with DevOps Frameworks, Agile.
• Working knowledge of scripting using shell, Python, Terraform, Ansible or puppet or chef.
• Experience and good understanding in any of Cloud like AWS, Azure, Google cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is required.
• Proficient in troubleshooting skills with proven abilities in resolving complex technical issues.
• Experience with working with ticketing tools.
• Middleware technologies knowledge or database knowledge is desirable.
• Experience and well versed with Jira tool is a plus.
