We are looking for a passionate Frontend Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to build high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life using modern JavaScript frameworks, maintaining best-in-class UI standards, performance, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain modern, high-performance, and responsive web applications using JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Next.js.
• Translate product designs from tools like Figma into pixel-perfect, accessible, and consistent UI components.
• Build reusable components and contribute to shared design systems or UI libraries.
• Manage state effectively using tools like Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Ensure applications are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Optimize frontend performance using tools like Lighthouse, Web Vitals, and browser profiling.
• Use TypeScript to write type-safe and scalable code.
• Write unit, integration, and E2E tests using frameworks like Jest, Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Work with backend teams to design APIs and ensure efficient, secure frontend-backend integration.
• Implement frontend security best practices, such as XSS protection and CSP.
• Use tools like Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, and Styled Components for rapid, modern UI development.
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows, version control using Git, and deploy applications using platforms like Vercel, Netlify, or Firebase.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and help drive technical excellence across the team.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience building and shipping frontend applications in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, with a strong understanding of modern frontend architecture.
• Hands-on experience with at least one JavaScript framework/library (React preferred).
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and state management tools.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices, including responsive design, performance, and accessibility.
• Experience with testing methodologies and automation tools.
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and modern build/deployment tools (Webpack, Vite, Vercel, etc.).
• Comfortable working in agile teams, collaborating with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.

About the role and responsibilities

The UI/UX designer’s role encompasses a couple of the following responsibilities.

To be able to communicate and tell stories with animations

To understand, conceptualise and create storyboards for micro-animations and animations before the final animation

Working alongside UI/UX designers to enhance the experience of digital products

Frequently identify opportunities where motion design would enhance the user experience in digital solutions

Create high quality, creative and innovative animations in 2D and/or 3D

To have a keen interest in learning new tools and expand their horizon of knowledge

About the requirement

The UI/UX designer should have the following abilities

Proven motion design experience and a diverse portfolio to showcase one’s work

Strong storytelling skills and a solid foundation in the fundamentals of visual and motion design

Display the ability to work in different styles

Proficient in softwares like After Effects(presets and plugins), Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.

A keen eye for design aesthetics and details

Able to articulate ideas, both written and spoken, to drive impact

Good communication skills

Ability to work methodically and meet work in a fast-paced environment

The ability to create illustrations will be a plus

Prior experience with product company or digital products will be a plus

Degree / Certification in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

The primary purpose of this internship is to provide freshers with knowledge in web development. We conduct weekly communication classes to enhance communication skills. Additionally, special orientation classes covering topics such as customer satisfaction and work ethics. You will be given training on interview preparation. Our training method simulates the corporate training approach, where students report to their mentors. By the end of this internship, you will have a strong foundation in web development.

Experience: 3.5 - 5 years

Description :

- Very good experience in design and development on UI front end Technologies.

- Minimum 3+ Years of web application development using HTML 5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript.

- Experience in development of Angular 2/4/6.

- Expertise in Responsive web design, HTML5, and CSS pre-processors SASS and LESS

- Good in UML, OOPS, design principles and patterns, architectural trends and data modeling.

- Strong in JavaScript (object oriented concepts) & JavaScript optimization

- Experience on JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS, NodeJS etc.

- Ability to convert Wireframes in to UI design

- Good designing capabilities using Bootstrap framework, SEO and using strategies for cross-platform design initiatives with a 360-degree digital design

- Strong experience with debugging skills and fixing Cross Browser Compatibility issues and Optimization for web by using best practices

- Good Communication

- Good knowledge of quality standards and best practice

This person MUST have:

• BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent
• Extreme CSS skills
• Experience with ReactJS or NextJS is a MUST
• Strong communication skills
• A strong passion for writing simple, clean and efficient code.
• Sound knowledge of clean code, no unused code, optimized code and more.
• Always starting with a document and then implementing in a systematic and organized manner
• Past experience as a frontend developer building modern JavaScript-based web applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, decision making and

influencing skills.

Experience:

• Min 5 years experience
• Not more than 15 year experience.
• Startup experience is a must. 

Location

• Remotely, anywhere in India

Timings:

• 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone.  Typically clients are in California PST Timezone.

7. Strong understanding of Rest APIs, Web Sockets, Service Workers, HTTP/S Protocol, Web Security and Cloud Infrastructure, CI/CD, Web Packaging and Optimization, UX and Styling.
8. Expertise in Advance Java-Scripts
9. Knowledge and experience with Data Structure and Design methodologies.

- Hands-on experience in developing User Interfaces (more than 4 years) using Angular 4+.

- Hands-on experience of using reactive frameworks like Redux, NgRX.

- Strong understanding of using UI testing frameworks like Jasmine, Mocha.

- Focus on building reusable components by employing Design patterns.

- Ability to remote diagnose user issues (With or without tools).

- Strong understanding of Object-oriented concepts.

- Ability to suggest alternative solutions for micro-level problems considering the environment constraints.
