We're seeking a Product Manager with hands-on experience in building AI-driven chatbot products who can lead this initiative from zero to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chatbot Product Ownership: Lead the end-to-end development of our chatbot product, from ideation, architecture definition, and MVP launch to scale-up.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the chatbot product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Requirement Documentation: Draft comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) detailing user stories, workflows, and technical integrations (LLMs, APIs).
• Conversation Design & UX: Collaborate with UX teams to craft intuitive conversational flows and ensure a seamless user experience across WhatsApp, Web, and App.
• AI/ML Collaboration: Work closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Vertex AI) for dynamic, context-aware interactions.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and bot analytics platforms to monitor user behavior, define success metrics, and iterate features.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align product development with market demands and go-to-market strategy.
• Project Management: Drive agile processes using Jira, ensuring timely sprint deliveries, backlog grooming, and resolution of blockers.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years in Product Management, with direct experience in chatbot or conversational AI product development.
• AI & LLM Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP technologies, and experience integrating AI-powered chatbots.
• Platform Ecosystem: Exposure to WhatsApp Business API ecosystem and conversational commerce tools.
• Mobile & Web Product Understanding: Ability to oversee chatbot deployment across mobile apps and web platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in product analytics using Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.
• Project Management Tools: Experience with Jira or similar agile project management tools.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect into mid-market and enterprise B2B accounts through cold calls and cold email outreach.
• Identify and research target accounts, buying committees, and relevant stakeholders
• Build and execute outbound sequences tailored to persona, company context, and likely business pain.
• Follow up with inbound leads and engaged prospects when needed
• Qualify prospects against RevSure’s ICP, pain relevance, and meeting readiness
• Book meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team
• Create strong handoffs by ensuring context, pain points, and meeting rationale are clearly captured.
• Work across multiple personas including Marketing Ops, Demand Gen, RevOps, Growth, Analytics, VP Marketing, and CMO-level buyers
• Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate tracking of activity, outcomes, and next steps.
• Learn objections quickly, sharpen talk tracks, and improve conversion rates over time
• Represent RevSure with confidence, urgency, and professionalism in every conversation.
• The performance target is based on qualified meetings and pipeline.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to book meetings through cold calling and cold email and linkedin. outreach.
• Strong vocal presence and fluent spoken English.
• Ability to explain complex concepts, products, and workflows in simple, relatable language
• Strong written communication skills for effective and relevant outbound emails

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Collaborate with QA Lead to implement effective strategies and test plans.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Contribute to the design and architecture of high-quality, complex systems and software environments focusing on mobile development, automation, and quality aspects.
• Execute test cases/scripts/scenarios on schedule (Functional, Systems Integration, and Regression Testing), and open defects as needed.
• Design, build and execute automated tests.
• Identify regression testing needs and create and maintain an Automated Regression Suite.
• Work closely with architects to analyze the end-to-end scenarios, gather requirements, and design the test cases that need to be automated.
• Maintain automated scripts utilizing the existing framework, adhering to coding standards.
• Prepare and report test results and statistics.
• Participate in troubleshooting and drive root cause analysis and resolution.
• Follow the Scrum process, participate in Scrum ceremonies and follow the incremental delivery model.

Preferred Requirements

• At least 0.5 to 3 years of work experience in QA Testing. Internship experience can be considered. If not, proper training is required in manual testing and automation testing from a training school.
• Experience with IDE like XCode and Android Studio.
• Experience of Selenium WebDriver and Appium is preferred.
• Familiarity with JIRA, GIT, SQL, and databases.
• Familiarity with both Linux and Windows environments.
• Understanding of security fundamentals (e.g., authentication, cryptography) is desirable.
• Knowledge on the BDD framework or cucumber framework.

• About 7+ years of overall exp and 3-4 years of relevant experience working as a Product Manager in a technology environment
