Required Skills

• Experience: 4 to 7 years

We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Process Executive to be part of our US voice process team. In this role, you will oversee live operations, manage customer interactions, and coordinate with service partners across the United States. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, comfortable handling multiple tasks at once, and able to remain composed in fast-paced situations.

Responsibilities

Answer and make calls to assist customers with their service requests.

Confirm and record accurate details such as service type, customer location, and contact information.

Allocate tasks to service providers based on availability and capability.

Monitor ongoing jobs to ensure timely completion and a positive customer experience.

Communicate updates, timelines, and resolutions clearly to customers and partners.

Update internal systems with accurate, real-time notes and job status.

JOB Description

• Monitoring entire infrastructure of Olam using various monitoring tools like
• SCOM, SolarWinds, Telegraph, OEM.
• Monitoring various types of alerts like
• CPU Utilization
• Memory Utilization
• Database related alerts
• DR Replication issues
• Backup Failure Alerts
• Exchange Mail Queue Threshold Alerts
• Service Mailbox quota breach alert
• Adobe Experience Manager / Site 24/7 Alerts
• Application URL Alerting
• Scheduling Maintenance Mode for planned Activity.
• Daily repeat CI analysis of events/alerts/incident and raising proactive problem tickets which helps in reduction of major incident.
• Handling Major Incidents, Driving the major incident bridge, sending communication about major incident to stake holders.
• CMDB Inventory Management – Onboarding and Offboarding of Device's are commissioned/decommissioned.
• Coordinating with Service Provider for MPLS related outage
• Daily follow ups with Regional and internal teams to ensure all the node are up and running fine.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Programming Language: Python. 
• Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries Experience in Python web framework such as Django, Flask, etc.
• Good Knowledge in any SQL database administration Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
• Experience in developing modular plugins for any open source enterprise business web applications
• Knowledge in integrating third-party applications using any web service is also preferred.
• Strong background in Object-Oriented Programming Strong experience in PostgreSQL. Knowledge in HTML 5, CSS and XML/RML is must.

MUST-HAVES

- Overall experience of 5+ yrs with at least 3+ yrs in product management in a tech-led company (consumer internet space is preferred)

- Have solved complex & ambiguous problem at scale to create significant impact
- Adopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved and break them down into smaller chunks
