About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Innovation Analyst to help build and scale our Innovation Labs for the upcoming years. This role will partner closely with leadership to shape the innovation foundation, drive governance, and amplify our brand presence in innovation. The consultant will combine strategic foresight with hands-on execution across technology, communication, and ecosystem engagement.
How you’ll make an impact
Innovation Strategy & Insights
- Analyse market trends and emerging technologies in SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI relevant to the organisation's domains (Service & Asset Maintenance, SAP Cloud, Digital Excellence).
- Identify high-impact innovation bets aligned with our growth priorities.
Innovation Lab Development
- Support the design and implementation of our Innovation Hybrid Operating Model, including governance frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cluster heads and innovation champions to validate ideas and accelerate MVP development.
Technology & Ecosystem Engagement
- Benchmark best practices from global innovation labs and conferences.
- Co-create with universities, startups, and tech partners to expand our innovation ecosystem.
AI & Emerging Tech Enablement
- Explore and integrate AI-driven solutions for SAP FSM, ServiceNow workflows, and Microsoft platforms.
- Drive PoCs and accelerators for AI use cases in asset-intensive industries.
Governance & Project Leadership
- Lead governance for selected innovation projects, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Manage ROI tracking, MVP seed budgets, and quarterly innovation reports.
