As a Human Resources Project Delivery Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for translating HR
strategy into tangible results by coordinating, executing, and operationalizing initiatives across the
organization and driving execution of HR initiatives, ensuring projects move from plan to reality with
accuracy, speed, and consistency. The role bridges the gap between high-level HR strategy and dayto-day implementation, ensuring that strategic objectives are delivered consistently, on time, and
with measurable impact.
How you’ll make an impact
1. Support Implementation of HR Programs Across the Employee Lifecycle
• Coordinate rollout of HR initiatives such as:
o onboarding/offboarding enhancements
o performance and talent cycle activities
o engagement or culture initiatives
o learning and development programs
o compensation/rewards cycles
• Ensure changes are applied consistently across HR teams and business areas.
2. Maintain and Improve HR Processes
• Document and update HR policies, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify gaps in HR service delivery and support improvements.
• Ensure alignment with compliance, employee experience, and HR operational standards.
3. Deliver HR Operational Activities
• Support HR teams in executing cyclical processes (e.g., year-end reviews, promotions cycles).
• Coordinate data collection, validation, and reporting for HR programs.
• Provide support for employee and manager-facing HR activities during transitions or rollouts.
4. Enable Change Across HR and the Business
• Translate HR strategic changes into practical guidance for HR teams and end-users.
• Prepare job aids, FAQs, communication content, and training materials.
• Support adoption of new HR practices, policies, or tools.
5. Support HR Systems and Data Accuracy
• Assist with HRIS updates linked to HR programs (e.g., workflow changes, job architecture
updates).
• Participate in testing and validating system changes.
• Maintain data integrity for key HR processes and reporting.
6. Partner with HR Stakeholders
• Work closely with:
o HR Business Partners
o HR Operations/Shared Services
o Talent & Learning teams
o Compensation & Benefits
• Ensure programs are delivered smoothly and issues are escalated and resolved.

Job Purpose:
The Accounts Consolidation and Reporting Manager will oversee the consolidation of financial data from various departments and projects within the engineering and construction company. This role is responsible for preparing accurate, timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing comprehensive financial reporting to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Consolidation:
o Consolidate financial data from multiple business units and projects to prepare consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
o Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is consolidated on time.
2. Financial Reporting:
o Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
o Provide detailed analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis against budget and prior periods.
3. Compliance & Internal Controls:
o Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements in all financial reporting activities.
o Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial data and ensure the integrity of financial information.
4. Collaboration with Project Teams:
o Work closely with project managers and departmental heads to gather financial data and ensure that project-specific costs are accurately reflected in the consolidated reports.
5. Audit & Financial Reviews:
o Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and ensuring financial records are audit-ready.
o Assist in identifying any financial discrepancies and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
Key Requirements:
· Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
o CA is Mandatory.
· Experience:
o At least 10+ years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting within the engineering or construction industry.
· Skills:
o Strong understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, and accounting principles.
o Proficient in SAP and MS Excel.
1. Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role with 5+ Years of experience, with a strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies and techniques.
2. Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
