About the role/ Some of the things we'd like you to do:

- Support the Analytics team and other stakeholders with analytics agendas impacting campaigns, measurement frameworks, and campaign optimization.

- Conduct thorough data analysis using various tools and software within MFG to provide insights and recommendations that align with client needs.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across disciplines and countries to understand client objectives, providing support and expertise in data and analytics while identifying opportunities for advanced analytics solutions.

- Formulate strategic recommendations with the team based on gathered insights, and support the delivery of reporting for clients.

- Continuously improve project performance and processes by collaborating with the team to develop new tools and solutions.

About yourself/ Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, etc.)

- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in data analysis; digital media experience desired

- Strong knowledge of various data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau).

- Is proficient in statistical principles and how they apply to tasks/work items.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Passion tor continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and best practices in analytics.

• Play a critical role as a member of the leadership team in shaping and supporting our overall company vision, day-to-day operations, and culture.
• Set the technical vision and build the technical product roadmap from launch to scale; including defining long-term goals and strategies
• Define best practices around coding methodologies, software development, and quality assurance
• Define innovative technical requirements and systems while balancing time, feasibility, cost and customer experience
• Build and support production products
• Ensure our internal processes and services comply with privacy and security regulations
• Establish a high performing, inclusive engineering culture focused on innovation, execution, growth and development
• Set a high bar for our overall engineering practices in support of our mission and goals
• Develop goals, roadmaps and delivery dates to help us scale quickly and sustainably
• Collaborate closely with Product, Business, Marketing and Data Science
• Experience with financial and transactional systems
• Experience engineering for large volumes of data at scale
• Experience with financial audit and compliance is a plus
• Experience building a successful consumer facing web and mobile apps at scale

   3+ years of experience in deployment, monitoring, tuning, and administration of high concurrency MySQL production databases.

• Solid understanding of writing optimized SQL queries on MySQL databases
• Understanding of AWS, VPC, networking, security groups, IAM, and roles.
• Expertise in scripting in Python or Shell/Powershell
• Must have experience in large scale data migrations
• Excellent communication skills.

• Work alongside global counterparts to solve data-intensive problems using standard analytical frameworks and tools.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science or related field with an emphasis on analytics.
• 5+ Years professional experience in a data scientist/analyst role or similar.
• Proficiency in your statistics/analytics/visualization tool of choice, but preferably in the Microsoft Azure Suite, including Azure ML Studio and PowerBI as well as R, Python, SQL.
