Data Engineer

Role Overview:

Responsible for leading all HR functions at the plant, including manpower planning, recruitment, industrial relations, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and coordination with corporate HR. Ensures smooth HR operations supporting plant productivity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR operations 

• Partner with operations leadership to align manpower with production targets.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, operators, and technical positions.

• Develop and implement HR policies and systems aligned with corporate standards.

• Drive performance management, appraisals, and competency mapping.

• Handle industrial relations, grievance redressal, and union communication (if applicable).

• Ensure statutory compliance – Factories Act, ESI, PF, labour laws, etc.

• Oversee time office, attendance, and payroll coordination.

• Lead employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.

• Coordinate with finance for cost tracking and HR budgeting.

• Mentor and guide junior HR staff at the plant.

• A customer care executive tends to act as a link-man between a company and its customers and resolves any such queries generated by its customers or clients with efficiency.
• The only aim is to ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling their requirements.
• Should be confident in troubleshooting any such emerging queries and maintaining high standards.

What you need to have:

• Proven hands-on Software Development experience
• Proven working experience in Java development
• Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)

Roles and responsibilities

• Build the overall digital strategy for the company
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that generate potential leads to the product
• Responsible for the monthly budgets for the digital marketing
• Use analytics tools to monitor and do complete data analysis from website traffic till conversion
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimise campaigns accordingly 
• Collaborate with team members on campaign development and implementation
• Measure campaign performance across channels and assess against goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role and B2C lead generation.
• Experience in running successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels and geographies.
• Deep understanding of paid campaign strategies across channels to drive revenue (Google Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn ads).
• Deep understanding of analytics tools to track and capture key data of the campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to take new initiatives and push the boundaries constantly.

We are looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

What will you work on?

Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes React Native moves fast and often breaks things.
Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
Transition existing React web apps to React Native.
Do you fit in?

1+ years of experience in React Native

• Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems
• Ability to work through new and difficult React Native issues and contribute to libraries as needed
• A positive mindset and can-do attitude.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications.
