The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, and migration projects, along with additional exposure to modern endpoint management and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise IT environments
• Plan and execute migration activities across Microsoft platforms
• Manage and support: Active Directory (AD),Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem / Online),SharePoint (On-Prem / Online)
• Assist with user, system, and application migrations ensuring minimal downtime
• Work on incident resolution, system monitoring, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth IT operations

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Active Directory (AD) administration
• Exchange Server / Exchange Online
• SharePoint administration and migration
