Data Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to join our team remotely for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. While this is an unpaid internship, interns who successfully complete the program will receive a Completion Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Help maintain HR records, databases, and documentation.
• Contribute to HR policies, compliance, and process improvement.
• Assist in planning employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with teams to collect and organize feedback.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and HR-related documents.

Requirements

• Interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace tools.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field. 
• Minimum 3+ years of UI/Frontend development and a strong understanding of building complex layouts using JavaScript, CSS and HTML.

KEY SKILLS

• Strong computer system analysis and design skills in current methodologies and patterns including vanilla JavaScript, some experience with ReactJS, Redux, React Native, Webpack, and Typescript or similar library/tools.
• Obsessed with WPO (Web Performance Optimization) and web/mobile performance analysis.
• Experienced with web standards and protocols such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and socket APIs in general.
• Familiar with web security, SEO, accessibility and internationalization.

Job Responsibilities:

● Working with a wide range of media and using motion graphic design software.

● Thinking creatively and developing new video concepts, graphics, and layouts.

● Cultivate a solid body of work. 

● Take the video “brief” to record requirements and clients' needs.

● Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas.

● Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval.

● Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives, etc.

● Should also be well versed with 3D software used for motion graphics.

● Sound knowledge of VFX.

Requirement:

● Proven motion graphic designing experience.

● Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.

● Demonstrable motion graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

Budgeting and Planning:

• Assist in the development and management of the annual budget process.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage departmental budgets.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Use financial modeling and data analysis tools to support decision-making.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses as requested.

Strategic Support:

• Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and insights.
• Evaluate the financial impact of potential business decisions.
• Assist in the development of business cases and financial justifications.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Perform competitive Analysis.

Responsibilities:

. Create exclusive distributors, exclusive super stockiest and business associates for the company and guide, and coordinate them to achieve the target towards the entire business growth.

. Observe all the stock reports, product orders, re-order etc.

.Finding new marketing ideas and improving sales.

Requirements:

.Bachelor's degree and experience in business, marketing or related field.

.Strong communication skills.

. Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

.Minimum age is 30 and the maximum is 60.

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Programming.
• Hands-on experience in Software development in C# [Desktop Applications].
• Strong expertise in OOPS, basic design skills.
• Experience in C#, Winforms is must,
• Knowledge in PRISM, MVVM, LinQ.
• Expertise in multi-threaded programming.
• Strong logical and analytical skills.
• Experience of software development process.
• Expertise in development, testing and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of design patterns and its usage and tools like Visio.
• Experience in UML, SOLID.
• Experience in unit testing frameworks like NUnit.
• Expertise in troubleshooting bugs and finding solutions.
• Strong abstraction, analytical and problem-solving skills.
