POSITION: HubSpot Specialist – Marketing Operations

1. We seek a talented HubSpot Specialist with expertise in Salesforce to join our team and help optimize our marketing operations.
2. You will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our HubSpot platform, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce, and optimizing marketing automation processes.
3. Your expertise will help us improve lead management, data accuracy, and overall campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

● HubSpot Management:

1. Administer and optimize HubSpot marketing automation processes.
2. Create and manage workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing programs.
3. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance.

● Salesforce Integration:

1. Implement and manage API integrations between HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure smooth data flow. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data consistency across platforms.
2. Collaborate with development teams to customize and enhance integration functionalities.

● Marketing Automation and Campaign Management:

1. Design and execute marketing automation strategies to improve lead generation and conversion.
2. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
3. Implement and manage Pardot integration, if applicable, to enhance marketing efforts.

● Collaboration and Support:

1. Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
2. Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot and Salesforce best practices.
3. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.

● Other related duties as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

● Develop, customize, and optimize workflows, automation, and integrations in HubSpot and Salesforce.

● Manage integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing/sales tools.

● Ensure seamless data synchronization, integrity, and reporting across platforms.

● Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement automation strategies, lead scoring models, and campaign tracking.

● Create and maintain documentation for HubSpot and Salesforce configurations, workflows, and best practices.

● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the marketing automation ecosystem.

● Train internal teams on best practices and system functionalities.

● Assist in data migration, cleanup, and enrichment activities to maintain database health.

● Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent certifications.

● 5+ years of proven experience managing HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platforms.

● Strong experience with Salesforce API integrations and data management.

● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Preferred Skills: HubSpot certification(s), Salesforce certification(s), or experience with Salesforce development.

Experience with additional marketing automation tools or platforms.

● 6+ years of experience with Salesforce.com APIs (REST and Bulk), Salesforce.com configuration including but not limited to workflows, data validations, import tools, security & sharing, Visualforce pages, and Apex, salesforce.com, SOQL, and SOSL query language 

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What you'll do:

• Mandatory - Experience & hands-on experience in setting up, optimizing, and securing analytical distributed data sources such as ClickHouse, Druid, or similar distributed database systems. Intermidiate DBA skills required.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters for our microservices architecture.
• Utilize Git and Helm for version control and deployment management.
• Implement and manage monitoring solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Work on continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration.
• Manage and optimize AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, and AWS CDN.

Who you are:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer role or similar.

We are seeking an experienced OIC Lead to drive and manage B2B technical integrations and ensure seamless connectivity across enterprise applications. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA, and related integration platforms, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and lead integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and support of enterprise application integrations using OIC, SOA, SOACS, and MFT.
• Oversee end-to-end B2B integration processes, including EDI and cloud-based integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and 3rd party vendors, to deliver integration solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for ERP integration across platforms such as Oracle Cloud ERP and SAP.
