ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

 Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound

cold calls and emails.

 Calling to 250+ calls/day and maintain 3hrs of Talk-time thus booking 10

conductions for the week for each day

 Understand customer needs and requirements.

Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further

development and closure.

 Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

 Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

 Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned

territory Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

 Perform effective online demos to prospects.

Salary Expectation: Minimum 20,000 INR with the potential to reach up to 74,000

INR based on skills, experience, and interview performance.

Eligibility Criteria: Graduates with 1 to 3 years of experience in Ed-tech K9 & K12

background are eligible to apply.

Specific Skills Required: Good sales skills, proficiency in English, and strong

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Design and implement testing frameworks and methodologies to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define test strategies, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.

NodeJS with React Developmet

Responsibilities

1. Writing scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code

What we are looking for:

• Primary Skill: NodeJS React JS
• Secondary Skill: MongoDB (Experience with Redis is a plus). and other front-end

languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for the company. Using React Js, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design.

Qualifications

• Provide a responsive, effective and efficient centralized- Learning and Development (L&D) function within the newly established Centre of Excellence (CoE) providing a range of Learning and Development services across functions.
• Foster a culture of continuous-learning through various interventions, and providing access to curated, relevant content to the team.
• The incumbent will aggregate and support the delivery of the L&D strategy and the development of the L&D offerings across company
• Design and execute learning journeys for specific cohorts such as high potentials, leadership, any identified critical roles/functions
