• Focus: Learning fundamentals, basic prep.
• Duties: Washing, peeling, chopping vegetables; measuring ingredients; cleaning workstations; basic stock rotation; assisting with simple tasks.

• Focus: Expanding skills, handling more varied tasks.
• Duties: All Commis III duties plus assisting with simple cooking, plating, managing inventory, receiving deliveries, and learning specific station techniques.

• Focus: More complex techniques, independent station support.
• Duties: Performing more complex prep and cooking; helping with menu items; potentially leading prep for a small section; ensuring quality standards; supporting Commis II/III.

• Hygiene & Safety: Maintaining clean stations, following food safety/HACCP standards.

Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities:

●      Clean, prepare and optimize data at scale for ingestion and consumption by machine learning models

●      Drive the implementation of new data management projects and re-structure of the current data architecture

●      Implement complex automated workflows and routines using workflow scheduling tools 

●      Build continuous integration, test-driven development and production deployment frameworks

●      Drive collaborative reviews of design, code, test plans and dataset implementation performed by other data engineers in support of maintaining data engineering standards 

●      Anticipate, identify and solve issues concerning data management to improve data quality

●      Design and build reusable components, frameworks and libraries at scale to support machine learning products 

●      Design and implement product features in collaboration with business and Technology stakeholders 

●      Analyze and profile data for the purpose of designing scalable solutions

Desired Candidate Profile

In this role, you would be defining and implementing a great user experience for software, web applications, and platforms to meet customer needs and business objectives. The expectation would be to enhance the user experience by combining workflows and interfaces for our customers.
